WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! I came to the store a few minutes before closing...7:58 to be exact and they closed at 8 so I was just happy to get there. I noticed a lady bringing in carts and as I walked up she yells "WE ARE CLOSED" I said ma'am it's a few minutes before you close I will be super quick I'm sorry, I will be in & out. The lady goes absolutely ballistic and says but we have ppl in line already and slams the carts in the cart rack area and begins to curse me out, yelling & screaming as I run to get 3 cans of dog food. Come to find out this lady is the manager, this woman is completely unhinged at this point, we both engage in a yelling match during and after my visit. She continues her vulgar language & screaming you are banned from the store as I walk to my car. A MANAGER acting like a toddler over 2 minutes is completely insane. She doesn't belong in customer service let alone work around innocent animals with that attitude. I was completely mortified and disappointed that this is the type of person hired as a manager, she lacks empathy & basic knowledge how to talk to a paying customer. I contacted the corporate office to share my experience and to future customers beware of this manager and make sure you get there on time or you will be harassed and cussed out. This was absolutely awful !!!!!

Online states store closes at 7pm pulled up to store as associated was locking door at 6pm advised associate I had an online pick up order. She said sorry we closed and didn’t allow me to get my dog food even after I told her that the hours online saids 7pm.

Was told my furbaby had double ear infections and to get "these drops" $89.99 he had normal dirt I was terrified until I took him to the vet ugh

This location usually has the dog food I need and the staff is helpful. They were able to answer questions I had. I even had a coupon this time which was nice because my dog eats expensive dog food.

Went in to find some specialty dog food, trying to avoid certain allergens. The worker was stocking shelves and asked if we needed help. We talked about the list of what we were trying to avoid and some brands we had seen online. She carefully went through shelves, bags of dog food, helping us find something that would work.

The hours on the phone and online said the close at 7:00 pm on Sunday and I just drove all the way up here I live 30 mins away and they close at 6:00 pm and it says on Google confirmed by the business 4 days ago so if you are going to change your hours update the hours on your phone and online.

On February 29, 2024 I had a 3:30 grooming appointment and was totally disappointed with the mix-up that occurred and my Furbaby was not able to be groomed on that day. I was truly looking forward to it, since it had been difficult for me to get him groomed due to a health challenge. The Store Manager Yolanda called me on March 1, 2024 and was Amazing, and immediately came up with a resolution to the situation! Yolanda went above my expectations and she called back with a opening for Saturday. I encountered Tammy on Saturday who clearly Loves what she does with the furbabies, and she is very skillful; my Bailey Looks Awesome!!! I have found my groomer, and I Highly recommend this Location; way to go to keep Customer Retention, and Outstanding Customer Service was provided!
