False positive for drug test , staff is very rude !! Don’t even waste you’re time coming here unless you have a appointment scheduled even so they will have you waiting over a hour

I’ve tried and tried to locate the 2 staff members that helped me and I’ve been unable to but their service was BEYOND AMAZING! The young lady that drew my son’s blood sample was simply remarkable. (I wish I could remember her name!!! She was a white woman short blonde hair, please acknowledge her great work!!!) My son is a 5 months corrected preemie who is still small (12 pounds) and she not only was kind but patient and accurate in hitting his vein the first time! She asked for assistance from her colleague who was also extremely kind and gentle. (Black male) I can’t speak highly enough of the service these two rendered! I will most definitely suggest quest and make all my testing through this location!

The experience was good. The location, however, was extremely difficult to find. Even using GPS, it is very hidden by other buildings.

Kiosk to sign in staff is not helpful would not allow me to drop a specimen off until all “ appointments “ had been seen and as people continued to walk in the staff continued to take those individuals and have repeatedly told me that I have to wait til they see everyone else first no matter when they come in

Every single tech at this facility is rude and unprofessional. I’ve had nothing but negative experiences here and highly recommend the location in Fayetteville over this location. I was only given 30 seconds to collect my sample. The actual rule is four minutes. On top of that, I didn’t appreciate the assumption that I was automatically there for a drug screening the moment I walked in the door. If you can, skip this location entirely. The techs need to be completely retrained and need an extensive refresher course on somewhat decent customer service.

We've always had a decent experience here at Quest. The ladies are very nice and friendly and they work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. No complaints ?

Regardless if you have an appointment or not you wait for a long time. You have to check in on kiosk and the elderly people coming in can’t do that and need help but their in no one to assist them and half of the staff is rude.

If I could give Cynthia ten stars, I would! From the moment she called my name, she was incredibly polite, professional, and super efficient. Cynthia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Her friendliness and kindness truly made a difference – by the end of it, I felt like I was being taken care of by family!
And let me tell you, Cynthia's phlebotomy skills are top-notch! I've had blood drawn countless times before, and it's never been a pleasant experience. But Cynthia was incredibly skilled – she drew my blood quickly, gently, and virtually pain-free! She completely erased my fear of having labs drawn.
God bless Cynthia! She is a true asset to Quest Diagnostics. Many thanks to her for making a typically unpleasant experience positive and stress-free.

Can't get a real person to answer when calling to seek details. Drove from next county over after work to find out via kiosk that urine test stop at 3. No employee in sight. Just a room with chairs. Came back next morning at 8 only to be told by lady unlocking the door that urine test don't start until 9. None of this info is communicated on the website. This is why it's important to have a actual receptionist.
