The company is literally awful to work for. It's like walking through a revolving door people come in they work and they leave because it's so awful and I was bullied and ridiculed while I was there and I kept and I done and followed protocol procedures but they still continue to pick on me I called corporate I called the district manager I called the general manager called everybody I was supposed to and only I was ever reprimanded. One time my drawer was short $100 and they accused me of taking it and fired me only to 3 Days later find it up under the cash register and they gave me my job back and when they realized that they couldn't bully me into quitting you only get four points in different areas before you get pointed out and you get fired

This place use to be nice. Now they open and close when they want to. Customer service is out the window here. There is one guy that talks on the phone all the time and never helps the other employees. He puts his phone under his shirt by his shoulder and just talks on his phone. He is so lazy he can’t even hold his phone. The gas station has just got done hill

WHY EVEN BE OPEN IF THE DOORS ARE GOUNG TO BE LOCKED ? Close the store if you are going to keep the doors locked. If I can’t come in I don’t spend !!!

Stopped at this Racetrac on the way to Atl airport at 1030 on a Thursday night. Needed to use the restroom and was going to get coffee. Racetrac restrooms are typically clean and safe. There were 4 people getting gas and a delivery tanker unloading so didn't think anything was amiss....main front door locked. Another female customer got to the door at the same time and we just looked at each other trying to figure out the problem. The cashier was staring at us from behind the counter and made no move to come to door. No note on the door or anything indicating why they were locked. This is a safe area so figured staffing issues but very poor customer service and loss of revenue. Won't be returning and will reconsider stopping at other Racetracs if this is an acceptable way to run a 24 hr store.

Omg, this store is so dirty and disgusting! Trash everywhere, bugs crawling all over the counter, and the employees aren’t friendly. At least at the BP across the street, you are greeted when you walk in. Will just go there instead, plus the parking lot is brighter.

There is a black man he is manager and he is racist i went there to return the expired milk I bought from them and i didn’t say a word to him i was waiting for the cashier I bought the milk from and he saw me and started asking customers who speaks English translate what i said but I didn’t say a word to him and after he behaved rude and gave my money and said don’t come back

You know this gas station was really nice when they first put it up but now it's gone downhill so far!
ON THEIR PHONES!
Anytime I walk in the store whether it's busy or not, the staff is on their phones behind the counter and has a significant delay in helping me or any other customer.
I come to this gas station mainly for the e85 selection because it's hard to find anywhere else in the area that carries it. However, I'm about to suggest to several of my more local gas stations to get it because I rather go to them than this gas station if it's going to continue declining this fast

This was by far the worst Racetrac I have ever been to, I had a long drive back home so I decided to stop in for a cup of coffee and use the restroom. The cashier told me that the restroom was out of service and that they have a outside restroom on the side of the building. What I'm about to say next is the very reason why I don't like using public restrooms, the place had poop everywhere as if the toilet had exploded I went back into the store to let them know what I had seen, the cashier that pointed me to the outside restroom said she knew about the mess in the restroom, so I asked why are you sending people out to that mess it's a bio hazard and people should not be allowed to enter. I can't get that image out of my head now, please just rope that place off.

Says open 24 hrs a day just walked to the door to get a cup of that great coffee. Just to find the doors locked 2:00 am 1/04/2024!!!!!
