Been paying for two lamps for over a year that weren’t delivered. Called several times to try and get them, still have not gottan them. Asked for a return or credit and that was not an option. The tv stand which was the most expensive thing was put together incorrectly and is falling apart, the doors won’t shut. The bottom of the couch was ripped and hanging upon delivery. Also the coffee table legs were put on upside down, and wobble.

Very unprofessional. Placed an order online and recieved the run around a whole week. They never followed up I had to call several times. They told me my address didn't match up and that they check the tax assessment on the house lol for what though? That's doing too much, don't you think. They wanted a lease.. NO PROBLEM. Everything was good until I sent my identification...MANAGER SAID HE COULDNT LET ME RENT WITHOUT TRUE PROBABLE CAUSE. He said because of my phone number(wow). After I sent my id everything went down the drain. I get racially profiled and could've came inside with all info they wanted, but for what BRI SO UNPROFESSIONAL, the MANAGER IS RUDE. The workers. Are just workers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. They are FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE. Make it even worse I paid online and was expecting my refund back to my card. But No I had to come inside, extra money spent to get there. But glad he denied me the rental because this is the LAST PLACE I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! Bad Business. And if I could give NO stars I would. @yelp upgrade your star bar, everyone don't deserve even 1 star. #niceheadache
