Came here this morning with my kids I had an appointment for testing . The pharmacist (a black lady with red lipstick) and the other employee were both very nonchalant, attitudes , and 100% didn’t want to help me they barely spoke to me . I ended up standing at the register with my kids like a statue until I finally decided to leave and head somewhere else… great store , horrible pharmacy staff. Smh #dobetter

I had a prescription to fill Thursday 12/21 and was treated with disrespect at the n. expr. location and have put up with for the last 4 years because it is the closest location to my house. I was told by the man behind the counter that they were out of thatmedication (after I waited 1 hr and 10 min) and if he should place an order. Who is theprofessional here?? Am I the only person taking that medication?? He informed me I could call another walgreens. (btw: to the whole pharmacy department, if you can't handle your jobs get out of that profession). I will never go into that store to purchase anything. I followed his advice and did call the pharmacy on Zebulon and was treated with respect and PROFESSIONALISM. Thank you to the Pharmacist on duty that day, Meagen and Corey (the store mgr) for turning things around.

I take my packages here a lot! Everyone who works there is always kind of considered go out of their way to make sure everybody in the store finds what they need! Not annoyingly! In a smooth nice way!

I started using this location instead of the one on N. Expressway because they were quicker and generally more friendly. This time I had 3 prescriptions sent from the doctor’s office, when I called I was told there were 2 ready, when I called the next day to question the status of the 3rd one the young lady(not very friendly might I add) stated it’s not covered by insurance. Since when does the pharmacy decide for me whether I’m willing to pay out of pocket for a medication that my physician obviously thinks I need, why do you not contact your clients to tell them this information and allow them to make an informed decision. She even encouraged me to get my meds filled elsewhere, not great service Walgreens-not at all!! I was a pharmacy tech years ago and this is not how we did business at all! Do better with your team members and your customers. Maybe I will take her advice and stop using Walgreens altogether in the future

I have been coming to this Walgreen pharmacy for over a year. I transferred from N.J. I and my husband get our MULTIPLE prescriptions and we get our vaccinations at this location. Everyone is so kind! We LOVE Pasquale our pharmacist. He’s Very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a new pharmacy come to this pharmacy. Thank me later. :)

I have my prescriptions filled here. I get a phone call when they are ready to be picked up. Prices are very reasonable. There are many other products to purchase here as well.

Paid for my photos online . Got to the store and was told I need to pay again. I showed both my email and my bank account showing the amount was taken out, they still would not release my picture. I thought it would be a convenient and great experience, I was sadly mistaken!

The worst experiences ever. They have given me the wrong amounts and when you question them, they insist they are right. There's always a problem with how they handle insurance. They lie about when they are getting backordered medicine.

Changed to Walgreens from CVS because it was closer and a friend said it was good. Tried to call in a prescription and phone hung up on me 3 times. Stop by and was advised they could not fill it yet. Called insurance company and they said to pick it up at CVS.

Don’t go to this Walgreens for a pcr COVID test… they take for everything to send it off. My child went on sat and text haven’t been received.My other child got her pcr done on Sunday At Walgreens on north expressway and already got her results back today.

The pharmacist tech that just picked up my phone call had an extremely rude tone. I had asked to speak to a Pharmacist regarding the medication I was taking asking if a side affect was normal due to my doctors office being closed and they’re licensed to answer those kind of questions. She acted like it was a problem? Find people who aren’t miserable to work there and help people ESPECIALLY when it comes to the medications they’re taking. If you can’t do your job do not work there.
