I called trying to find help for an elderly homeless man. They have a program, but it wouldn't fit his needs. They recommended an assistant living that would better fit his needs...

Loved the idea of providing warm clothes to homeless, but I found it offensive that they would not accept boxes full of designer suits, slack, and shirts because the S. A. store was closed after tornado, so I took it to GOODWILL.

As a Christian, former bell ringer, and current volunteer for the Salvation Army I thought this would be a great place to bring a slightly special needs young man who had recently became homeless. I was sadly mistaken. The female was extremely rude from the beginning and was very condescending when the young man tried to answer the intake questions. Instead of having patience and compassion with the challenged man she hung up on him. We are called to be a representation of Jesus.Isn’t that what the Salvation Army stands for? This young man found no hope at this house.Faith,Hope, and, Love ..and the greatest is Love.

This place is run like a prison yard by two females there. A female name Thelma and Latecia. They run people off who need services from this place. They are very rude and disrespectful to people there at that place. They have both been reported.?
