Horrible customer service

My home was painted 8-2019 and here we are 4.5 years later and the paint has less than 50% of it original color left on it. I have tried several times to talk to corporate, they refer me to the local Griffin Ga store. Manager never calls me back. I have never seen paint fade so quickly. My new home now has a terrible look to it. I have read several stories that paint should last 10 to 15 years. So why would mine not make it 5?? Not very happy.

I have been in this store twice and have had the same experience. The person helping me was very nice yet inexperienced. I don't mind being part of someone's learning curve so this wasn't a bother. The manager, Nick was hovering around the counter. When asked a question Nick would either not answer or give a snarl and answer in a curt manner. What a poor management style. Even when I, the customer, would ask him a direct question I received the same manner of response. I don't appreciate being spoken to in this manner nor do I appreciate being ignored. Nick is a terrible manager and a sour person. I am looking for the next Sherwin-Williams store.

Very bad customer service. There was an older lady, racist, I'm Mexican and I've an accent to speak English, I asked for my paint and she didn't understand what I was saying, she made me repeat the color "black fox" several times, I also had to show images of my phone to explain to her and she had a bad attitude to serve me. If you are Hispanic but don't have a native accent, do not visit this location, you will be discriminated against.

Horrendous customer service. Visited this store to purchase paint to do some touch ups in my home and truly would not recommend this location whatsoever. Sales associates (3 of them just stood there), did not provide any type of assistance on the floor, no greeting, no offer to help, and just basically stared as if I was intruding. When I attempted to explain the colors in which I was looking for (and provide the specific color #s and sample from their wall) the sales associate quickly stated “we don’t have that here” and the other sales associate stated “I never heard of such a thing” without even taking a look at it. Just extremely rude and abrasive. However they were so friendly and helpful to the customer that was in front of me. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. If you’re wanting excellent, friendly, helpful customer service this is NOT the location.

The sales rep helped me with a prior paint color that I was unable to use. She went above and beyond. She changedthe paint color to one I could use.
