We've been with Thompson Gas for year's. They are very dependable and timely with deliveries. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

Customer service has the nicest people. The app is convenient and they show up when a certain level is reached. None. Of the challenges I personally experienced with “other more prominent” gas companies or those that would not answer the phone!

Lied about scheduling a delivery for the morning of 12/16. Left ill, and elderly family members with no propane in plunging temperatures with no update. Doesn’t return calls as promised. Unacceptable.Two weeks later as of 12/30 same problem, lied about MORNING delivery for an empty tank in sub 40 degree weather.

The tech that opened my personal owned new tank was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions. He had all of the parts ready to go on his truck including the requested tank regulator. He also expedited a delivery to get us back in service.I was glad to have him work on our system and I feel terrible that I cannot remember names. I'm sure you can look him up.The propane delivery he ordered was completely hands free. I wouldn't have noticed the truck come and go if we didn't have a driveway chime.

I scheduled a tank install along with some line work 4 months ago. I got an email from someone named Terrie today (less than 2 days before my scheduled install) saying that they won't be able to complete the install due to a service truck being "down". Way to get off on the right foot with a new customer. Lost my business before we even started. I wouldn't work with them after learning that they only have one service truck anyway.

Every year for the past 3 yearsI Call months in advance to be put on the spring schedule to have my tank cleaned and painted.Every year they cancel my work order without noticeWhen I follow up after they don’t show up I’m given excuses to why they didn’t come..This just one of multiple problems I’ve had is with this company.
