Stopped by to get a quick nail plugged. Super friendly, very fast, and the price was great. Had me in and out in 10 minutes or less.
EDIT: had to get a different tire looked at, and once again, great fast service, in and out in less time than it took me to get there.

Was on the road with my camper. Had a blowout with the cheap ChinaBomb tires the RV makers in Indiana all use (Castle ROCK…AKA CastleBombs)…Anyway, I rolled up to this business and they had four of my camper’s size brand-new and in-stock @ $95 each!
Their employees came at my camper like an IndyCar pit crew with four jacks. They got me swapped into the new rubber super fast. Highly recommended business!

A few months ago I came in with a 2004 Ford expedition. It was about nine or 10 o’clock at night and I called them and only had to pay a small reopening fee and they took care of me swiftly. I’ve been to this tire shop a few times as well as a good bit of my friends and they have always helped us out and done Good work.

Bad customer service. Pulled waited 10 minutes everyone literally walked right by. Another customer pulled up he went to the window and was assisted. As he was walking by I politely said I was here before them. He responded we are very busy. You have to wait! What do you need? I said I have two tires to be installed he said $60 plus $10 to keep old tires and walked away.

I'm very happy with Tire Depot. Their prices were very fair, and even though they were busy, service was very fast and efficient. The staff was extremely nice. I will definitely use Tire Depot in the future.

I had called and spoke to a woman and explained that our Tesla had a flat and needed a new tire and she looked up the tire and told me they had it in stock. It was 2:15PM on a Saturday and our issue was not many places were open or had the tire we needed. We had an emergency roadside assistance claim open and the tow truck ETA was for 3:50PM. The lady let me know they closed at 4PM. So we canceled the GEICO ERA tow truck (which was free but 90 minutes away) and called a different company and were willing to pay out of pocket for the tow because it could get us to Tire Depot before they closed for the day. I then called the lady back to confirm and let her know the tow truck and my husband were on the way and she said that was still good for us to come. My husband gets there at 3:55PM and they said they couldn’t fix a flat tire on a Tesla! Cost us an extra $225 for a tow truck that was a completely unnecessary expense as we had a free tow with our insurance if she had said in the beginning when I told her we had a Tesla that they refused to work on them! Horrible!

Horrible. I brought my 2012 Mercedes to have the tire changed and the guy broke the wheel lock taking it off. Afterwards, he looks at me says you gotta get somebody else to fix that I don’t have the tools. Thanks for costing me extra money

Horrible customer service was told a price over the phone and they tried to change it by 25 dollars once I arrived, then immediately took 15 dollars off to still try and get extra 10 dollars per tire. Unless it’s an emergency I would stay away from this place.
