Girl at the service desk has a baby kitten. Its not professional cause who knows whos allergic, especially in a place of work with people coming in and out. When i went to the desk there was a long line the poor girl was up there alone while the other one was petting and putting her full attention to the kitty. FIX THIS

Best service ever in a Home Depot. Friday night, looking to purchase pre-built cabinets and the Queen of Home Depot employees shows up to help. I do mean Queen!! Michelle in the Griffin, GA cabinet department assisted in every way to insure I was meeting all my requirements including spline, etc. Great job Michelle!

I would give this store a negative 5 if possible. I was referred to the Griffin location to design and install cabinetry in my new home. It started all very well, but went down hill upon delivery of the kitchen and 3 full bath installation. Most of the cabinets were not measured correctly and damaged upon arrival. The designer, Gail O., took no responsibility for the issues and harassed us to pay the bill. The initial installer ended up quitting. We hired another installer who tried he's best, but unfortunately quit because HomeDepot did not pay him. I was "black-balled" by this location. And told that my transaction was escalated to corporate. Which was not true. I have tried more then 10 times to contact corporate to no avail. I now have cabinetry items sitting uninstalled in my garage. The install began in June 2022 and it's now March 2023. Again, I'm not the only consumer harmed by the Griffin HomeDepot. I recommend that you source a local cabinetry company. I'm positive this review will result in a response by HomeDepot "We are sorry...." I cannot find an attorney willing to take on HomeDepot. The corporate office will not call me back. The Griffin management told me that they cannot and will not help me. My builder paid $40K for this horrible design and install. How can you have a saw that is not working for months at a time? Went to get something cut, and the guy says the machine is not working. Asked when will it be back to working he says last time it was months. What piss poor service...

We went to buy brown mulch on sale and ask the garden department loader to put it in the truck. Shitlarenta said well SINCE YOU AINT DOING NOTHING WHY DONT YOU GO& PAY FOR THIS MULCH I'm loading. THAT COMMENT WAS JUST OUT OF PLACE , I guess she had a bad attitude because I didn't help load the bags. On The day before I had rotator cuff surgery, bicep surgery and tendons repaired. I understand you don't know everything about a person. She was rude and we left and went to a competitor to buy our hardware. If you don't like a job find something you do like.

I have always been treated like I am part of the family. My job as a maintenance personon rental property I might be on the store three to five times a day. I am a very personable person. I get along with anyone.I have been treated with respect from all of the employees. I give the same in return.lMy main business in the Griffin Ga storebut I have to go to the Lovejoy Ga store as I live within a mile of the store...I have made lots of friends and aquantancesover the last twenty four years.. I am slowly getting out of the business at age 75.It is great to hear your name when you are in the store and you are familiar with the employees...I don't get any special treatment and don't expect any....I try to be honest and will not accept less from anyone. That makes me feel good and I make others feel good also.Home Depot has been an inspiration to making lots of friends and aquantances in the building industry.Thanks Roscoe Foster....
