The mail lady on Dutchman rd needs to be fired she keeps saying my package is not in the truck or on another truck but ends up being right beside her or under her seat everytime ?? Very rude as well

This office has always been very helpful. Staff has always answered when I call and have gone out of their way. The issues I have experienced has been due to the regional sorting facility not this office. Unfortunately I think they get beat up for the mistakes of the regional sorting facility.

An employee at this facility pretended to be me and changed my shipping instructions. It's weird that they can mess with your shipping stuff and there's nothing you can do about it.

I was trying to speak on the phone to an actual person about a piece of mail they tried to deliver. There isn't anyone at my house during the hours they deliver, nor can they get by the PO when it is open. How does one handle this situation when there isn't anyone to speak to?

Why is it that USPS just can't seem to get their job done? Is there no more pride in a job done right? For 5 years I have dealt with constant mix up of my mail and a neighbor's from ANOTHER STREET. It took calling the post master to have that fixed and actually chasing down the mail truck one night to get them to correct that issue temporarily. I've had countless packages arrive at the Griffin hub then get sent back to ATL indefinitely before coming back to Griffin then going out for delivery. Hire better people. Fire the idiots you have. Do something. Seriously.

The Griffin USPS failed to provide me with the service last they offer, incoming and outgoing mail and parcels. This location is well known for failing to pick up my mail, to the point that I believe they DO NOT look for the flag at the mailbox, and only pickup outgoing mail when they deliver mail, which is not always daily. This is a major breakdown of their service and draws personal concerns. I received my neighbor’s sensitive mail, things that I should not witness and when I leave it in the box it sometimes sits for days, before they move it 20’ to his mailbox. Beyond this, the Griffin post office is notorious for long lines, the inability to triage requests inside properly. During this specific issue I had to call the location 4 times before someone would pick up. The gentleman I spoke couldn’t care less and made me feel like even less of a priority. Not sure he was a supervisor as another call from the supervisor came the next day. I utilize the USPS for eBay and gifts for convenience but that convenience no longer exists. You just let my rent check sit in the mailbox for multiple days. I will happily use another carrier or service in town and use this location sparingly.

The Griffin Post Office has been holding onto a package of mine (without my consent) for more than two weeks. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone, and I live 2 hours north of Griffin so it's not like I can just pop in. No idea why my mail for Atlanta was sent to Griffin.

My tracking number is still not updated something is going on with the postal service. investigation is happening now cause where is my package? I have been waiting going on a week now if I don’t get my package soon I will be filing a lawsuit against the postal service I have important things coming from my lawyer

I went yesterday to purchase stamps for wedding invitations. The gentleman who assisted me was very considerate in helping me to select stamps. He showed me two sheets of stand with a dove, and I said those were fine, but he asked me to wait a minute and he went and found so other options. I very much appreciated his understanding of women and wedding invitations! The only reason I took a star off is because of the long line and only two postal workers. It was late in the day and seemed an odd time for breaks.

This is the worst post office I've ever been to, rude staff, super unhelpful, wast of tax dollars. Perfect place to go to waste 45 minutes and accomplish nothing.
