WHOLE PLACE AND WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!! at best I got two new iPhones for $100 because I refuse to pay them a penny more Bought both my phones and paid for next day shipping didn’t receive my order or my refund and none of the people who answer the phone are American so now you gotta deal with that on top of frustration DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME and my order was placed on the 27th of June for reference to anyone looking to buy. Their website told me it was shipped and gave me a tracking number that ups can’t even verify when I called total they claim it’s a “system generated” tracking number whatever tf that means. I’ll keep everyone updated

Saturday morning I bought a new charger and cord for my Apple IPhone from the Verizon store in Griffin, Georgia, because I’m. I dentally left mine in.North Carolina. They are always busy so I got there minutes after the store opened and waited about 30 minutes before I was waited on. I took the charger home. The cord would not plug in to my phone- it was obviously not the correct cord and brick. I took it right back- I only live 5 miles from the store- and walked in nd up to the counter. I was told by the clerk that sold me the cord tgat there were 10 people head of me and I would have to wait. I protested politely that I had ready been there this morning , that I had an appointment, nd could not wait. My phone was @lready down to 62%charge
They refused to help me. They told me to “watch my tone” and that I had to wait. . I was not rude, but I was firm. I was upset and my voice is not soft, sweet, or Southern, and they took offense to my firm statement.
I left, taking the charger with me. I called my credit card company and cancelled the payment.
I have been with Verizon since 1995. This is unacceptable treatment of a long- time customer who has never failed to pay the bill on time. I am angry and disappointed. Now I will not return the charger. If they want it back, they can come and get it. Nor will I pay the bill for the charger.

This store doesn't post their local number...and for good reason. THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS and make it VERY apparent if you make the mistake of going in. Staffed by the most professionally rude employees ever.

I have 7 lines and have never been late in 12 years of being with Verizon. With that said I felt like I was hassling them and I'm in the middle of upgrading 6 lines. I couldn't believe the difference from a few years ago when I went in to upgrade my lines and had an amazing Customer Service experience to what I experienced today. This was on a monday at 4pm so i wasn't being a jerk coming in 5 minutes from closing or something. Plus, this is supposed to be a Flagship corporate store, WOW! I'll never visit this place again & that's probably exactly what their agenda was. I might just take my 7 lines and $450 monthly payment elsewhere if that's the service I'm expected to receive. Another customer came in and they treated him and his mother amazing. Maybe it was my skin tone, honestly that's how the 2 ladies made me feel. The 2 gentleman didn't seem like that. BTW, I dealt with the manager. Sadly she was the most unpleasant to deal with out of all 4 associates there. It's how I was made to feel. Needless to say I had to call corporate.

Left Verizon for 3 weeks after being with them for 13 years, when I went back I went in the store and the employee put me on a new account instead of my old account like he was supposed to, I have had nothing but trouble with them since, all they wanna say is sorry but charge me money that I don’t owe, they went into my account and took money without my permission when I call to talk to them about it they say call customer service, when I call them they say call the store, it’s a complete run around. No one is willing to do anything, I’m about to leave again.

Pretty sorry to lock the doors 5 minutes early. Would've taken less than a couple minutes to sell an overpriced phone case for the $1400 Samsung S23 Ultra we purchased from Verizon. Thanks to the gentlemen standing in the store looking at the front door.Certainly couldn't run our business in this manner.
