This store doesn't post their local number...and for good reason. THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS and make it VERY apparent if you make the mistake of going in. Staffed by the most professionally rude employees ever.

I have 7 lines and have never been late in 12 years of being with Verizon. With that said I felt like I was hassling them and I'm in the middle of upgrading 6 lines. I couldn't believe the difference from a few years ago when I went in to upgrade my lines and had an amazing Customer Service experience to what I experienced today. This was on a monday at 4pm so i wasn't being a jerk coming in 5 minutes from closing or something. Plus, this is supposed to be a Flagship corporate store, WOW! I'll never visit this place again & that's probably exactly what their agenda was. I might just take my 7 lines and $450 monthly payment elsewhere if that's the service I'm expected to receive. Another customer came in and they treated him and his mother amazing. Maybe it was my skin tone, honestly that's how the 2 ladies made me feel. The 2 gentleman didn't seem like that. BTW, I dealt with the manager. Sadly she was the most unpleasant to deal with out of all 4 associates there. It's how I was made to feel. Needless to say I had to call corporate.

Left Verizon for 3 weeks after being with them for 13 years, when I went back I went in the store and the employee put me on a new account instead of my old account like he was supposed to, I have had nothing but trouble with them since, all they wanna say is sorry but charge me money that I don’t owe, they went into my account and took money without my permission when I call to talk to them about it they say call customer service, when I call them they say call the store, it’s a complete run around. No one is willing to do anything, I’m about to leave again.

Pretty sorry to lock the doors 5 minutes early. Would've taken less than a couple minutes to sell an overpriced phone case for the $1400 Samsung S23 Ultra we purchased from Verizon. Thanks to the gentlemen standing in the store looking at the front door.Certainly couldn't run our business in this manner.

The morning manager worked on my phone. He is not skilled at all. He was more fixated on commission sells. Took 2 minutes with the tech support to do what he didn’t want to do, and wasted my time there. Even the tech support said the store could had fix the issue without having to call. Useless manager.

Horrible you cant go in this place without them charging you for something. Its supposed to have the best coverage. but best i get are 2 bars at my house, 1 bar most the time. So wheres this great coverage im hearing of. Not to mention the pricing. We shouldn't be punished for wanting good service. it should be a given, speacily when you dish out this kind of money for it.

Horrible experience and very similar to dealing with an unethical car salesman. The only concern the lady had was trying to get a commission while being rude and condescending when I declined home internet, insurance, etc.I eventually decided to leave and order online. Much better experience just calling 611 and getting a new phone delivered.
