Horrible customer service was told to make an appointment to deposit my change after the manager said they could do it. Communication is Horrible. Teller was also very rude I said good morning how are you and her response was do you have an account here.

I can't recommend this location. Received a letter 12/8, my account needed additional information to avoid closure. Visit 12/10 bringing in my forms. Spent almost an hour having paperwork looked at, which I signed and they notarized, saying my account was up-to-date. Today 12/21 my account was closed, and has to be re-opened. Will drive to a different location, not worth the effort.

Sitting in the bank now. I’m the only customer. Five workers and zero people helping me even after asking for help. Go to a credit union if you have the choice.

I've been with Wells Fargo for many year's.. the one thing I really like about Wells Fargo is the fact they have always gotten my money back if I've had a dispute with with anything including Google..

The 2nd day I am calling this brach and they are acting like they are so busy, I called several times during business hours and they were " busy" and then called the next day as soon as they open and of course they are assisting other customers at 9 am, I'm sure there is a line of them at the door.

This branch needs to close. We are new customers for a checking account. Was told we could walk in to get a new account, got there, and was told we need to make an appointment. So me and my husband ended up getting separate accounts. We did the application online, I went to the branch in Stockbridge to do my deposit since it was close to my job...no problem what's so ever. My husband went to this branch since he was home.....and they could not find an account in his name even though he had an email confirmation and said he must make an appointment to resolve the issue?! He ended up going to the branch in Locust Grove which was about 15 min away, and they found his account with no issues and deposited his money. The teller at the Griffin location would like to blame it on manpower issues since they lack staffing, but apparently, they also lack training. The Griffin branch needs to just start over with more efficient staff.

Sat in there for 45 minutes to open an account and not one person asked why I was there, how I was doing, or If I had an appointment. They made my decision to go elsewhere with my business very easy

Customer since 1983. 95%of the time I'm satisfied with the services. After all this time I finally received a credit card and was wondering why 3 stars for the bank ratings. I'm happy with Wells Fargo Bank....most of the time.

I was with Wells Fargo for many years, but the Griffin branch is poorly ran. I was in between debit cards (my wallet was stolen) and had to make a deposit with quickness or get slapped with an overdraft fee. I knew my account number off the top of my head and had my passport, which is listed as acceptable identification. They denied me making a deposit, and said my passport wasn't acceptable. So, I raced to Lovejoy branch and made the deposit with no problem whatsoever. This incident and all the hassle I went through when scammers got a hold of my student loan info led me to bank elsewhere.The Griffin branch really could use some re-training. How can I not make a deposit with identification that lets you into another country and I'm pretty sure the manager there gave the final "no". I'll never return and we're talking about being a customer since like 2010...smh

This is the worst bank in whole area ! Everybody is so rude! They told me “ to open an account is like a one hour wait ! Do you want or no?” And literally there was nobody at the bank

There are three handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces at this location. The building is in outstanding shape. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about banking products and services offered by this bank. Overall, I am totally satisfied with the services offered by this bank.

I have just switched to Wells Fargo and I am able to get every other branch to answer the phone except this one.. I have spent 30min to over and hour trying to get in touch with someone and on several different days… terrible service. I enjoy the banking but this branch is trash. This is for the griffin branch
