I went into this location in order to have a small project done that ended up being a bigger task then expected. I needed a couple of special items to have drill holes. The associates RJ and Preston went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. They searched the entire store looking for drill bits that were misplaced. Mr. RJ took his time to drill through the two items I brought. Mr. Preston helped by recommending the proper washers and bolts needed to improve the job. All in all, they spent over a hour and a half helping me with what I thought was going to be a small job. I am really grateful and appreciative that they were able to help me out, as I had already gone to other stores and was not able to get the help I required.

Just want to take a moment to recognize Mike and D’Angelo! I’m a food truck owner and ran out of propane when most stores were closed. I googled and saw that Ace Hardware sold propane, so I called ahead to confirm. From the moment I arrived, Mike and D’Angelo were not only helpful but genuinely excited to assist. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and went out of their way to take care of me. I truly appreciate the excellent service — keep up the great work!

Outstanding customer service here. They always seem to have at least one person staffed that knows something about everything, so you'll always have a quality answer to your questions.
However, if you need an exact paint color matched, you may be more successful elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful staff that will cater to your every need. I also enjoy their large selection that typically has everything I need. I've been going here for around 3 years since I moved to Grovetown and they will continue to have me as a customer.
