I stopped there after leaving O'riellys when they acted like they didn't have time for me. I was instantly greeted by a young man named Frank. He not only talked to me like a person he took the time to address my concerns. Showed me why I was having the problem (fuse blowing) and took the time to repair the wire so it wouldn't blow again!

Recently purchased a part that I have returned several times because it doesn’t fit. Ordered one from the store and it didn’t fit as well. Went in today to return and get my money back the guy at the counter asked a manager who told me I couldn’t return the part for a refund. She then said they are getting in trouble for refunding certain parts which she don’t have a good attitude when asked what that got to do with the customer and my part. So basically I’m now stuck with a part that’s unusable and out of $80. I’ve had good experiences here as far as returning parts that are electronic I’d like to know what’s the problem today. This experience may send my business across the street as I will be telling all my fellow mechanics what I went through today. I am pissed

Don’t know what happened to the old crew there but, they’re missed. This is my usual store that I go to so, been here more than I can count. Even work in the parking lot whenever I’m changing oil. Anyhow, had been having a few problems with returns lately, and that’s what made me start paying attention to the staff there. If a part doesn’t fit or doesn’t work, it’s usually refundable through a products warranty. A few exceptions, I know. But when I call customer service and inquire, I’m refunded. Makes you wonder. So, today, I go in. I needed a shredder valve for my 2011 Ford Taurus. The manager, forget his name, short, about 5’7, flamboyant, white male, who has this “I know it all, don’t question me, this is what I do, not you”, attitude, completely shrugged me off and told me that a certain part is what I needed. Basically, shut up and take this. Not his first time, but I’m 39 and in my years, I’ve learned to be polite whenever plp are A-holes. But I knew it wasn’t the right part because I work on cars and also, it’s my car. Sure enough, it wasn’t. Had to drive about 20 miles out to get the part from ford. Spent hours in lunch hour traffic, and finally made it back there to return it. This guy not only totally disregarded his incompetence, but he totally disregarded me and spoke over me to another customer as if to say, “yea, I was wrong, once in a lifetime, so what?”. The funny part is, he had to use the restroom soooo bad and begged me to go outside so that he can lock up and use it. According to the story thus far, you know my answer. NOPE. And I took my time using two different rewards to pay for my items. Also, I had inquired about the AC manifold set. He said that advanced doesn’t rent it out anymore because they have a contract with the local shops and the shops don’t want plp servicing their own cars, I’m guessing so that they’re forced to bring it to the shop and be upcharged. Guess what? AutoZone still rents it out and that’s who I’m taking my business to from now on. And this is just one incident, there are several more with different employees at this location. Seems like they’re just winging it and getting by with Google. Because not many of them know any more than the layman. Lastly, buyer beware. That’s my advice. Check and double check behind them. And ask questions. Definitely about returns. Good day.
