Don't ever go to this store it will cost you alot of stress, anxiety and money. Do it online. One of them lied about my insurance and cost me over a thousand dollars. Just do it online. FYI I called customer service and they don't even trust them.

Very awful customer service. Representative has no personality and not customer friendly. Wrong phone ordered by Representative and when informed he ordered wrong phone, claimed it was right one. Ordered right one thru Manger, who took wrong phone, but never processed. Been up to the store numerous times to resolve issue. Constantly getting run around. This issue has been going on since February. AT&T has already charged my account on the bill in late April. Was told on 3 different occasions that information was provided to the leadership/management and will receive a call and hasn't.

Don’t believe when customer service sends you here after asking for an actual At&T store. They are not. They are a reseller and the only actual company store is by the mall.Customer service is terrible on the phone and here. District manager needs to explain criminal speech vice protected speech andnot to tell half truths to employees specifically Antonio??.Buyer beware using resellers for your service.

Morgan was of GREAT HELP!! I came with my iPhone 12 and I needed help in either an upgrade or a replacement. She was able to upgrade me and trade my phone in for FREE! All I had to do was pay taxes and accessories! This is why I stay an AT&T customer! Thank you AT&T for giving your legacy customers great deals!!
