I went to BenchMark Physical Therapy in Grovetown after my knee surgery. Wesley was my physical therapist, and he is great. I was challenged at every session, and I recovered quicker than expected.

I started coming 3 months ago to repair my torn tricep. The treatment has been going well and my recovery has benefitted from it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had to deal with worker's comp, which hasn't been the easiest, and they have helped aid in that process. They even got me a stretching device to use while at home, which has paid off in dividends. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have to say this is the BEST Physical Therapy Center I have ever been to! I was involved in 2 car accidents last year that put me out of work and made me 75% immobile to my baseline. I worked as a EMT prior to my accidents. When I started in February, I was hunched over, shuffling when I walked, and everything hurt.Gabe is the Best! He worked with me and talked to me about what to work on, why certain parts of my body hurt, and how I could alleviate my ailments. I called him, “the punisher” lol. It was the best “punishments,” because I am now able to sit up without pain, I can walk without pain, I can twist and bend without pain, and I can lift 100 pounds without pain! I had to fight with my insurance to get 3 sets of referrals to get to where I am now, but the staff at Benchmark helped me every step of the way! Thank you so much for your help, patience, assistance, and most your care! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Gabe and the staff! I am so grateful!No pain, no gain! This was the most rewarding, painful process but I’m so much better for it! I kept pushing, I did my homework, and I ended up excelling! Thank you again!I had cupping done- highly recommendDry needling done- highly recommendHot packs were amazing!At each stage the care was impeccable!

Completed my intro occupational therapy session with Hannah B. @ the Grovetown GA BenchMark this morning. I couldn't be more pleased. Her explanations and demonstrations of the exercises were ao clear. I'm looking forward to my future sessions with her over the next six weeks.

I was so lucky to be referred to this location. Wesley was my physical therapist and he was wonderful. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. He helped me both times I had bulging discs and reassured me that I’d get back to normal. He also gave me several exercises and moves to do at home and at the gym. I recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy! The rest of the staff is really nice too! Oh, and they are super flexible with your busy work schedule!

I had an amazing experience, from my 1st appointment to my last appointment! My physician was amazing. So were the other physicians and the receptionist. Just how they were with their patients was amazing to see. As well as how the staff were with one another. It was always peaceful, professional, positive and they are so sweet. I would definitely recommend them for physical therapy sessions. It was bitter sweet to have my last appointment. Glad to be healed and better no more pain, but sad that you won't see their smiling faces every week anymore. Thank you guys so much!

Amazing therapists and incredible team! They treat you with compassion and support you through the entire process! The best choice I made in my life! I am so glad that Molly, Wesley and all the staff helped me overcome the challenges with Semicircular Canal Dehiscence. Just when it gets tough you push harder to be able to live another day! Molly U.Is a phenomenal physical therapist. I was in the hospital for a month when discharged home I was using a walker, with severe mobility issues. After about 8 weeks of intense therapy I’m no longer using a walker, I’m walking independently and I feel like a brand new person. Molly pushed me to become mobile, she gave me encouragement and positive feedback when I felt my body and mind could do no more. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Molly for everything
