Best Western Augusta West is a hotel noted for its great location, providing easy access to much of the city within 10-20 minutes. Phone didn't work, had to walk down to desk to report. Also the water was turned off on the toilet (seem very odd, have spent 100s of nights in many different hotels/motels and never came across this in 40 plus years of traveling) Room was clean although mirrors and bed frame is showing it's age.

Wonderful place to stay at. Our room was clean and we got fresh towels and washcloths put in daily while there. Front Desk staff that were there April19-21, 7 am to 11 pm (Vernocia/Victoria and Tracee/Trisha) were fabulous and very helpful. I do apologize if I got their names wrong. Really nice hotel, people very friendly, polite. Excellent customer service skills.
Food & drinks: They have a Cracker Barrel right next door. It was nice to walk over there and have dinner after a long day in the car.
