“It’s been a month now since I got my car back from Gerber. I got into an accident with a lot of front end damage (have a Toyota). My car was in the shop for a little over a month. The initial estimated date was extended by 2 weeks due to delays outside of their control (issues with parts, delays from the person who needed to calibrate my car). That was frustrating because the insurance rental time ran out. I had to call them too, and would have appreciated more frequent updates (they send messages 2x a week, but during the delay period would have wanted more frequent updates).
However, they did fix my car and even with the extra time I am so grateful that my baby looks like she did before the accident!!! Did have to get my tires balanced afterwards at another location, but besides that it’s been good. The staff here are really nice and knowledgeable. Steve was the one I bugged on the phone a lot and he has excellent customer service. Appreciated all of their help! :)”
