Car door worked fine when I had my car put in the shop a month later my driver side door doesn’t work anymore and now they’re saying they didn’t mess with it. Had to get it checked by the dealership for my door they said nothing is bad and they messed something up…

Had a lot of body work including rear and front bumper damage, as well as other damaged parts. Although it took a while to get my car back (expected considering the damages),they kept me updated every step of the way and the repairs ended up great, no problems. Maurice was my contact here and he was very kind and made sure I was happy with the car.

Initially I thought that they did a great job. I was happy when I picked up my car in the evening (it was dark). My car drove good and it seemed that all the damage from the accident was addressed. Not so. The damage received from my accident was for the most part fixed. However, there is still some incomplete work and worse the company also damaged my vehicle. I just picked up my car after a third trip to their location and I still have incomplete work and damage from their shop such as scratch marks and overspray all over the vehicle. Also, nobody there seems to inspect the work. I am being told that certain things were fixed and when I check the damage is still there. Lastly, when I picked it up it was dirty again on the inside. The second time when I had picked it up there was dirt all over the dash, seats, floor and I had to throw out my seat covers. They do promise they will take care of things, however, this is the fourth time that I will have to take my car back in. Update to follow. In the end everything got fixed in regards to the paint. Yet, even after all that my mud guards were incorrectly installed and I fixed it myself. No attention to detail.Today, November 9, 2023 I called their customer service number to take my car in for scratches to be fixed. I was initially given the run around and they refused to service the car.. They were very friendly and scheduled me to drop of the car for repairs in two weeks.On November 13, 2023 I found out that I have been banned from receiving their services. They said in a text that they scheduled me and then they canceled my appointment and stated that I needed to reschedule. I tried to reschedule today and got put on hold and got hung up on until finally Leila had the decency to inform me that they will not repair my car. Thank you for having some guts Leila.So, whatever you do make sure you don't get this company upset, or, don't give any negative reviews, otherwise bye bye.

This location was fantastic! My car was in an accident and needed a bumper and few other things replaced. Their customer service was top notch and they made the whole process easier. It did take 3 weeks to get my car back but I was told upfront that it could take 2 weeks or longer. I appreciated their honesty. One of the great things about this place was that they kept you updated through their text messaging system. I liked having updates and knowing where my car was through the process. Overall it was a great experience.

They had my vehicle for a month within a few days I notice a few of the "NEW" pieces is not holding up smh! It was a waste of time and money!!

I had the misfortune of needing a collision center. I'm not from the area so I don't know which ones to stay away from. Classic Collision was very busy and couldn't take my car for over a month, but it was well worth it! They sent me almost daily updates by texts. I was completely satisfied with the work they did. And the customer service was great too! They made it very easy for drop off and pick up. I was even able to leave my rental there.

Do not use for Progressive Insurance repair. I spoke with them multiple times and even had a three-way conversation with them and progressive about having my car repaired through progressive. They assured myself and the insurance representative that they worked with Progressive and knew the local agent and would have no issue repairing my vehicle. When the check from the insurance came in and I called to schedule my appointment I was told by another person that they don't work with Progressive and it would be 9 months before they could get my car in because they had to put all of their other customers in front of me. Very disappointing customer service

I went for an estimate, they had me wait for over 20 min without any other customer in the waiting area. I began to walk away they apologized and took photos and got my information to get back with me on the cost. They never did.

I was surprised when I saw the estimate, it was just a front bumper and little paint. it took them 4weeks. more over in the estimate they added new tire and rim while there was no problem with the rim and tire.coz idrove my car to their centre.and much more they added in the estimate. One more trick is there they will ask you are you going to fix at their centre or outside then there is different estimate.Service: Painting

Highly recommend. Exceptional customer service provided by Victoria! She was extremely helpful, and provided updates along throughout the repair process (including pictures). Took my vehicle in immeaditely, and had the work completed in about three weeks. (Impressive considering the amount of parts on back order). My daughter’s car needed bumper work after an accident. Why the interior of the car looked like a vehicle after a B&E has me concerned and infuriated.The glove box and console had a thorough sweep. So thorough, that the cash she slipped in between her 100 plus mask were snatched. And the coin cup she had worked on for 3 years was also dumped into someone’s pocket.Her wallet with all her miscellaneous store credit gift cards were also deemed worthy and filched.My daughter is a 21 year old full time student plus she works 30 plus hours as a waitress. Any money or other items that were stolen SHE worked for. Not me. How any full grown adults could steal from a young adult so blatantly makes me seriously wonder if this place of business can be trusted to work on a vehicle.I mean…if these body shop employees can steal from a client so blatantly then how do I really know if they are doing their job. Stealing items and stealing hours of pay can go hand in hand if the environment permits it. And the environment at Classic Collision is a perfect place to do just that.Services: Body & Trim
