Marcina was very rude. I watched her purposely hold a drive thru at about 1230 as she sluggishly processed and retrieved medication. I was notified the day before that my son's medication was ready for pick up. I still had to wait 6 min for her to check me out through the drive thru. She laughed and giggled with a coworker as she told me that she couldn't hear me. Very unprofessional! It's a great thing that I have other pharmacy options.

Ms Diane was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I enjoy her being around, her customer service was so welcoming.

The worst pharmacy. I was in line at 5:50 in their drive through. Two cars just sat in front of me. I finally got out and went inside at 5:57 with an outraged customer ahead of me. They attempted to close the gate in our face. They let it back up for her and I’m still standing there. When it’s my turn I’m so I’m closed. No consideration. I said I was already in the drive though and came inside because it’s going slow. Everyone just stares at you. No manager steps in. Where is the appreciation of the customer. I can take my business elsewhere and I hope everyone does the same. Matter of fact every time I come here they have an upset customer. I guess today was my day. It’s always the same blank stares.

The worst place in history, lines wrapped through the store for pharmacy, 1 person at register, I counted 8 people in the back. REDICULOUS!!!! 1st of the year I am outta here.

I went to the drive thru and sat there for 20 minutes just for them to close the window and put a sign up saying that you must come inside then when I call in the staff pick up to say you must come inside and then hung up in my face. After going inside the line was backed up through the store one person ringing and she had no smile or anything just taking her time like it’s not already rush hour. I will be going back to the cvs across town where I’ve been going because this is pathetic.

They have closed the drive through window at the beginning of winter . I’m a single mom I don’t have time to get out my car with kids on my lunch break for something that could be handled in the car . I’m very disappointed and i will be moving all my prescriptions. It still did not prevent you from having a line

The drive thru window for the pharmacy is closed more than it’s open, which forces customers to go inside to pick up their prescriptions. I stood in the pharmacy line for about 15 minutes before making it to the counter tonight. As a result, I ended up picking up items from the aisles as I waited. When it was my turn, the cashier retrieved my prescriptions, rang them up, then asked me if I could pay for the additional items at the front of the store. Seriously?!? I was already inconvenienced by having to come inside, so the absolute least that they could do is ring up all of my items (both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical). The only reason I use this pharmacy is because it is the closest pharmacy to my home that is approved by my insurance, otherwise I would not use them at all! This is poor customer service!

Please dear God, if you can help it do not use the CBS first. They don't answer the phone in the pharmacy anymore. It goes to a call center so it takes 30 minutes. Every time you call to get your order placed then you get there and sit 47 minutes in the drive-thru for only two cars to be in front of you. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen and this is not a new experience. This is been my experience for 5 years now. I will be transferring every prescription that I can and never use this CVS again. Please if you value your time do not go there

This place is terrible, they always have a huge line at the pharmacy, it takes forever to see someone just to tell you they dont have something. You cant call and actually reach someone. They say they are always out of stock and when you come in when they say its still not ready. This is a ridiculous pharmacy

Been on hold for over 20 minutes. No one has once picked up the phone. This is to the Pharmacy.Still waiting for someone to pick up. It's been over 27 minutes. This is insane. Now I see why yxall have bad reviews

Pharmacy staff is absolutely nasty and has ZERO customer service skills. If you don’t like your job, QUIT and give it to someone who would appreciate it. Unless, that’s one of the qualifications to work at CVS which also seems very possible. Called corporate to make a formal complaint taken by yet another “friendly” employee. I am switching my 6 family members TODAY.

Calling for days on end, hour long hold each time, haven't spoken to a living person once in three days time. What level of exceptional human incompetence does it take to qualify for a position to be hired at CVS? This has to be some kind of civic violation.Answering the phone is one of the easiest functions a working adult can perform, and it seems the employees at this CVS lack that basic functioning skill.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was dismissed and shut down everytime I tried to speak and then laughed at when the intercom was turned off. I was not even given the option to expedite my script for only two pills either.. I am a pharmacy tech myself and I would never treat anyone like this. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate.

Have called 5 times today - each time wait on the phone from 30 to 60 minutes or more. No one ever answers the phone. You can't even get anyone in the front of the store. Surely, someone in one of the 5 times I called could have answered the phone. I waited so long that my phone had to be recharged twice. What is up with that.

I was in line (4:35pm) to pick up my meds on Sunday 8/13/23.Finally, when it was my turn the pharmacy decided to close even though they had multiple people still waiting. The pharmacy staff needs to change their profession, especially because they know how important it is to take antibiotics. It took me 3 extra hours to contact the physician and then get a new prescription to pick up the meds at a different location.This is really sad!!!
