The only convenient thing about this store is how close it is to my house—which is unfortunately also the worst part, because it means I keep coming back.
There is almost always exactly one “employee” on duty, though spotting them is like a scavenger hunt. No uniform, no name tag—just someone blending in with the customers while loudly conducting a personal phone call.
If you’re lucky enough to find them, they make you feel like your presence is a major inconvenience, as if shopping during business hours is a bold personal choice. Half the time you’re not even sure if they’re talking to you or continuing their call.
Truly impressive levels of inconvenience for a store designed around convenience.

The lady working was EXTREMELY rude . She claimed to have been the SM which is completely insane . She was on the phone the entire time . Myself and a few other customers had to wait in line while she finished her conversation on the phone . Initially she was no where to be found . We have to yell “excuse me” several times before she even came up to the register . She was verbally aggressive and seemed to simply not care about her job . Her behavior and actions are extremely disturbing and concerning . An investigation needs to be done at this store .

I am shocked to see that this particular DG has such a low rating, because every time that I have been in this store has truly been an amazing visit. From being welcomed into their store, to how immaculate it was there. Everything in the entire store was clean, and in order. Very friendly, and helpful. No matter what it is that I am in there looking for. Bravo DG crew!! Very impressed!!

Just left. Rude cashier. She was on the phone and when we went to get her, she seemed like she was mad that we went to get her, but no one was at the register. She did not greet us, but snatched items and rung them up hastily so I started throwing my items up there bc what was her problem. I told her to have a nice day and she just said uh huh. Rude, rude, rude.

As stated in other reviews,doors closed 30 minutes before closing.
I get not wanting customers to stay passed closing but half an hour??! I'd give a 0 if I could.

There is literally no one at the register or self check out at 6:20 pm. Please check the cameras. This is unacceptable.

Doors are currently locked prior to closing hours posted (5:25pm is the time I showed). Doors were probably locked prior to that time. Items are still sitting outside. If this location should close early it would help to post a sign on the glass of the doors.

I go could leave 0 stars I would . The so called lazy women sitting in the back room while the gentlemen was up front doing everything refused my sale because she said they didn’t accept split payment with cash and card . Had an attitude and was down right lazy .

Only one self checkout register is open, and it's set up for cashier use, but there are never any workers near the register. They typically only have one person working the whole store and somehow expect them to stock shelves and deal with customers. I understand this is just a dollar store, but the management is laughable.

All but one self-checkout register is locked down. Fine. But, the user interface on the self-checkout monitor is basically set up as if it were for the cashier. Why does this matter? Simply, it is not user-friendly, making the customer dependent on the cashier to still guide them through the transaction. This totally defeats the purpose of so-called "self-checkout." If that is their solution for potential theft (making someone stand over you the entire time), then perhaps they should yank out ALL of the self-checkout registers and replace them with more traditional checkout registers.

Very nice store, I've been to many dollar general stores and let me address this to the owner, like I said very nice but very very poor customer service by your employees they rether stand by their registers no to take care of your customers...but to play basketball and play around with each other like 12 years old....not only they played, but they have the audacity to ask me and 3 customers in line if we were paying cash or card and to our lock we were paying with card...so they have the audacity to send us all to self checkout while they were playing with each other like they were 12.... I've never seen anything like it before it was redicules...I think they should be fired on the spot...I will not come back to this place... sorry Boss is the truth.

First I wanna say the store is huge and always kept so clean the staff is always friendly especially the assistant manager my mother shops there plenty of nights and always compliment how mannerable he is that’s a plus so kudos to him and the rest of the dollar general staff keep up the good work
