Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE . Jan 19 around closing time . I’ve never walked in a dollar tree where they don’t greet you and the customers say hey how are you and they just stand there with a stank face & attitude . find a new job if you don’t like yours 💯💯 no have a good day nothing . Definitely don’t go here if you have a short temper!

Went into the store today September 30 there’s a shelf on the shelf. There are packs of IBC soda above those sodas. There is a posted sign taped that says 1 four pack $1.25 I grab 2I take it to the cash register the manager a dark skin woman with a hair scarf, wearing a duster sweater who’s in charge that day says that they are $1.25 a piece that is not what you’re posted sign says she refuses to give it to me for that price OK but what is the attitude for? I may be wrong, but if the sign is posted, you honor that price you remove the sign and that’s the end of it. She did not honor the price. I remove the sign and she asked me. Why did I remove her sign because you said it was wrong. so I put the wrong sign back over the wrong sodas, and she still did not earn the price.

Prices are ridiculous now. You can get cheaper prices in Walmart. Not a good idea to raise prices on some of the items in the store.

Store was filthy, unmanaged and unsafe. I would not recommend shopping at this store for certain people that may have challenges or small children. It should be closed until it meets safe operational guidelines.

I went in to return quite a few Christmas items that I had not used from crafting. I was told by the manager that I had to have my receipt or show in my bank account where I purchased the items from her store. Even though I showed her on the corporate website where it says refunds are allowed without recepits she wouldn't do it. She said the policy changed in March but interesting how the corporate website hadn't been updated. There is also no return timeline policy on the corporate website and everything was in original packaging with all labels (unused) and even in the DT bags. All items were still in the store..on their shelves not discontinued. She told me I could go to another store to see if they would help me. When I questioned that if I can go to a different store this must not be a corporate policy update but sounds like her policy and she said others stores weren't following the update. Sounds like she didn't want to help me nor did she want to restock the items. I went to another store and had a great experience with no issues at all. They said they have had many customers come to their store and complain about this stores manager. Horrible experience but I am glad I went to the other location.
