Good morning!Where do I start about the amazing staff located at 701 Devika Dr Grovetown Ga?That's just the point, I don't know where to start.. because my experience has been absolutely phenomenal!!! For starters Mariah Boyd has left a lasting impression on me! Due to her contagious smile, outgoing personality, and going above and beyond to see to it that the customer (Myself) is satisfied and accommodated! I could go on and on for the sake of this long email lol I'll keep it short and brief.. also I can't forget about the outstanding young lady who saw me walking from one of my properties after locking my keys inside the house, went out of her way to drive me back home when there were no rentals available, without me even asking..all I could say was Wow!?I've called countless of times in need of a rental and was told none was available at the times I've needed it,(My fault last minute requested)But management and staff went above and beyond to meet my needs.. this is why me and my company will continue to do business at Enterprise in particular this location.. I wish I could remember all the names of the different staff members who were amazing as well, you know who you are.. keep up the great work Mariah!!?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ keep being a trailblazer!! And me and my colleagues will continue to build a long lasting relationship with not only Enterprise but in particular 701 Devika in Grovetown Georgia.?

I have been dealing with the Enterprise in Evans for years. I finally go against my better judgment and go with the one in Grovetown per recommendation from my repair shop. My repair shop dropped the ball as far as the estimate time off repair. So my insurance did extend my rental for a couple of days. So from that day forth I paid out of pocket. When I tried to pay the extension again I was advised of 265 but the person that told me this wasn’t there. I called the following day to pay and spoke to someone different again. I was told that I had to pay a different deposit and different rate. I told the gentlemen I Willie returned the car but I was at work. Got my husband to Reiner the car the following morning. The lady that release the contract above my husband and my son that my deposit would be returned that everything was good. I called today because it has been two weeks and you tell me that you are keeping my deposit because of the miscommunication of the return. If you assign one person to someone contract instead of multiple people and better communication among your employees these things will not happen. When ever you rent go someone where else if you see the start of displaced communication. My monies shouldn’t have taken me to call and get it returned. And no one tried to contact me before today because my phone records doesn’t show it in my T-Mobile billing account. So don’t use this as an excuse.

In and out experience!! I've never encountered such a seamless experience. I was greeted by my name from the moment I walked it. My vehicle was upgraded and sanitized thoroughly and in great condition. The guy at the counter was very professional and detailed regarding drop off time etc. I'd definitely rent from this location again. No hassle and very convenient.

Worst experience with the manager at the enterprise rental car in grovetown. Not only she didn’t have a car available even though I had a valid reservation, she also failed to update me. I had to keep calling her after she failed to get back to me at the times she told me she was going to get back at me. She displayed a terrible sense of customer service and I seriously doubt her credibility. She wasted my time yesterday and disrupted my day. I have reached out to their higher HQs. I never had this type of issues with them before however, after yesterday and today, I wouldn’t recommend it

This location in GroveTown Ga is awesome. Friendly customer service from Mariah and CK. This place had the vehicle we needed,in such a short notice. Quick reservations immediately. Atmosphere very relaxing,which took the stress level of my family under control. Mariah and CK kept assuring us ( my family) , they will take care of our needs asap with what was available in vehicles rentals. I recommend THIS LOCATION, for personal vehicles rental services. Mariah and CK represented Enterprise Car rental in GroveTown Ga very well . Great job team GroveTown Ga Enterprise Car rental. Mrs. Pamela Fletcher ?

The Bobby Jones location canceled my rental because they were sold out. I typically always rent from them because that location is closer to me. I called the Grovetown location and received exceptional customer service. I wish I would have got the name of the young lady who helped me. She was on point, professional and didn’t waste any time. She knew about car options. I’m blown away at the service I received especially for a last minute rental.

On May 16, 2023, a representative of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Grovetown, GA discriminated against me based on my disabilities.BackgroundI'm a retired Army Veteran and a disabled person.USAA authorized rental car reimbursement and had reached out to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. A representative from Enterprise Rent-A-Car contacted me by phone and a time and date was scheduled for 9:00 am for May 16, 2016 to pick me up at the Performance Collision Center in Grovetown, GA for my car rental.My rental authorization had to be re-authorized due to a lack of due diligence on ERAC's part. The ERAC representative told me that the company no longer picked up customers from their residence and I was also told that ERAC had a policy of not picking up customers. My researched discovered that information was false. I later called ERAC back and requested a reasonable accommodation based on my disabilities. The ERAC representative then told me that it was due to being short staffed. Then I was told that ERAC would not be able to pick me up until Friday, May 19,2023 at 11:00 am instead of May 16, 2023 at 3:00 pm. Then the ERAC representative did not show up until 11:50 am. Meanwhile I've been stranded at home with no way of attending to daily activities of daily living.Their actions were unprofessional and discriminatory in nature. I am a long-term member with USAA automobile insurance, which is comprised of military veterans. I am also sending a copy of this letter of complaint to USAA’s CEO and automobile insurance department. I am petitioning that USAA remove Enterprise Rent-A-Car and any of its related businesses and business holdings, which includes, Alamo and National, to be permanently removed from USAA’s recommended car rentals for rental reimbursement.

Would rate this location and Enterprise in general 0 stars if possible. I made a reservation a week out through insurance while my car was in the body shop. Without informing me in any way (phone, text, email all of which they had) they moved my reservation to another location because no vehicles were available (even though there were several vehicles in the lot when I showed up at my reservation time). The new location also had no vehicles available, and when I asked if they could check the other locations in the area, they suggested I call each one to find out. I called the 800 number and asked if they could help, their response was essentially the same, call around to each of the locations. "0" customer service from this company. They will never see my business again.

I rent from Enterprise two to three times per month for business purposes. I was excited to learn of a location near me. And this is where my story takes an abrupt detour.I make reservations often weeks, if not months in advance. I received a phone call today advising that ALL my reservations, almost 3 months worth would be cancelled because "we're focusing more insurance based rentals." Wait, I'm confused, so you're not a rental company for general use. Yes but we're focusing more on car insurance claims. "So why advertise rental services for travel if you're not going to extend this as an option? More importantly, why put individuals and families in a compromised position for their scheduled travel if you're not going to be reliable or dependable. I asked if they could transfer to another location. "No, we can't do that."You're right, I can't visit or utilize your location anymore.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop and I didn't like the first car they gave me so I exchanged it for another one, no questions asked. And when I returned it, the girl Zoe was super pleasant and knew me by name even though she wasn't there when I rented it. No issues at all with my rental.

The branch manager was very helpful during my experience at the Grovetown location. I recently was told by my employer that I couldn’t be with my family for thanksgiving the very next day because I had to work and that CRUSHED me caused I lost a lot of family members this year and that’s all I wanted to do was be with them. In addition, I started experiencing mechanical problems with my own vehicle so one of representatives (Moses or Miles I think) try to give me a jump which wasn’t successful so I purchased a rental AGAIN. Because I’m new to the state and don’t have nobody for support, enterprise family reached out their helping hands for me! I’m so forever grateful for the enterprise in Grovetown Georgia! I hope God continue to bless every employee here! Thank you enterprise!

DO NOT RENT. Darrius and Zelli want to charge me an $800 out of state drop off fee even though I had a medical emergency and my grandfather is in the hospital! AVOID THIS LOCATION
