“I went into this location in order to have a small project done that ended up being a bigger task then expected. I needed a couple of special items to have drill holes. The associates RJ and Preston went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. They searched the entire store looking for drill bits that were misplaced. Mr. RJ took his time to drill through the two items I brought. Mr. Preston helped by recommending the proper washers and bolts needed to improve the job. All in all, they spent over a hour and a half helping me with what I thought was going to be a small job. I am really grateful and appreciative that they were able to help me out, as I had already gone to other stores and was not able to get the help I required.”

“I started shopping here at Culpepper's on a regular basis since 2019. The prices are competitive, selection very good and the service is outstanding!! As soon as you walk in the doors someone will speak to you.The employees in every department will try to help you if you have a question. No matter what you need they will happily assist. The big-box stores (Lowe's / Home Depot) don't offer this kind of service. Many times I can't even find an employee to ask for help. Trade local because they want your business. I recommend Culpepper Ace to most of my friends. It's worth the drive.”

“Great store. Staff is super friendly and helpful and even told me how to find some coupons online to save some money, and they're consistent in mixing their paint. Some places you can get two gallons of the same exact color and you may notice the shade is slightly different in each one but haven't had that issue here. Definitely spot on. I'll be coming back to this location for any future painting needs.”

“Love coming here for paint/stain products! Tons of paint chips to look through, and the staff was helpful and kind. It’s refreshing to come into it a smaller, more specialized store than the larger home improvement stores. Plenty of parking and it’s never been busy when I have gone.”
