This by far was the worst experience in my life!!!! I repeat do not take your vehicle to this place!!! I drop my car off in October for repairs where I hit a deer!! I had to demand for service and I didn’t receive until December!!! My insurance company was told they weren’t VIP!! So they took the time to fix my car!!!! On top of that it took them from October to December to see my seat belt needed to be replaced!!! That led to thousands of other problems because, Acura didn’t have one available to purchase because the manufacturer didn’t make extra!!! Which lead to him not releasing my vehicle to me!!! Something he should have seen from day one of inspection!!!! I was told every week a different lie about what stage of progress my truck was in, until I showed up as a mad woman demanding to see my vehicle after the secretary told a different lie from the past week!! When I arrived the end of November after my insurance company called to say what’s taking them so long on minor repairs I found my vehicle in same condition as they received it!!! I had to have my vehicle towed to do a trade in because he wasn’t going to release my vehicle back to me until the manufacturer can make me a seat belt that they had no idea when they will make!!! On top of him not fixing all the repairs he still demand a deductible!! In order to release to towing company!! They phone service sucks as they say but it’s a way they cover up lies!!! When asking them questions about their lies they start saying my phone service messing up I can’t hear you!!!!! Don’t Take Your Vehicle Here!!! They sent in multiple requests for work that they say they didn’t notice during inspection to get more money from the insurance company!!!

They are nice and polite but as far as communication with customers and rental car services they lack heavily. Very bad with time lines when vehicle is supposedly ready time line kept getting pushed up a week. The rental car company gave us a hard time so we had to stay on top of crash champions always asking when will vehicle be available. The thing is every pick up date was false until we finally got the vehicle back after a month plus a week. I get it they have multiple customers but no need to repeatedly give false dates. On one of the dates my wife went up there for pickup and the vehicle was still not ready. Work is good but they left paint stains on the interior of the vehicle. For as long as they kept the vehicle that’s unacceptable.

I had the absolute worst experience at Crash Champions. I took my car in for what should have been a simple repair, but they managed to turn a small issue into a nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the original problem, but they also broke something else on my car, leaving me with more damage than when I arrived!

Saw these guys initially when they were “performance collision” — which is where all the good reviews on here come from — they were really good and their work was wonderful; my only complaint would be the time it took to fix everything. However, the work done on my car was completed just as they changed ownership and there were a handful of things that I was told would be corrected (side view mirror that won’t adjust, rear view mirror cover that won’t stay on, and the heat/ac hasn’t been accurate since the repairs) we were just working on a time to bring the car by and ordering parts. Before this happened they became “crash champions” and I noticed none of the previous staff members were there — the work was never fixed because Crash Champions said they “couldn’t honor someone else’s work”. Hate it for anyone else that they left hanging out to dry like that with unfinished work and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

7/21/24 its been over a week since Crash Champions made a reply they would correct the situation and they've done absolutely nothing. I am contacting the corporate office directly. Dont make the mistake of trusting this vendor. You will have nothing but issues. My car is still worse as they should have replace both the hatch handle and entire interior piece. They replaced the handle that they broke. However I still have issues because the piece it fits into they tried to open with a flat screwdriver which cracked it. Also they took my bumper off (no reason to) its not fitted back properly. This place is completely incompetent!
Do NOT use this shop!! They had my car almost a month. Things were broken that were fine before I took it in. I had to take it back. The manager assured me they would pay for my additional rental. They screwed up my rental. My State Farm Agent BJ Jordan went to the shop and the manager lied to his face!! I will never use or recommend this shop!! My agent has escalated my review of this shop to the claims division so Im hoping they will lod se their preferred status. Nothing but poor service and incompetent management! If I could give a negative number on this review I would. I had to go through my credit card company to resolve it. This area is a small community around Ft Eisenhower GA with military and DOD tenant commands. Bad service gets discussed and reviews are passed on.

My car looks brand new. Rear end damage fixed. They said eta was 3 weeks and got it done in a week and a half. Overall happy with the experience.

Had car way longer than expected. Once completed, there were parts missing. Never got the missing part. Due too the length of time it took, ended up paying out of pocket for rental.

Never got a quote called three times in a 3 day period for a quote that should have taken 1 day. Was just for a passenger side mirror. Got the run around about a simple quote. Can’t imagine how long it would take to get your car fixed. Needless to say won’t be using them. Maybe they treat insurance claims better will never find out because I won’t ever use them for either after this experience.
