“I'm only in the area temporarily, so I've had several packages held at this location for pickup. Each time I've come in, the staff have been helpful, kind, and welcoming, which has made the process quick and easy.
The location also seems to offer a wide range of services and is appropriately staffed to handle the workload. I've never felt like they were overwhelmed or that I had to wait unnecessarily long to get what I needed.
Overall, this location definitely stands out compared to most other FedEx Office locations I've visited. The friendly staff and efficient service have made every experience a positive one.”

“COVID Update: they have placed social distancing signs and tape on the floor to keep people a part. They also put the price gun in a position where you could scan your own items so no one touches them. I wish they would cancel the keypad function, but just make sure you sanitize your hands. It was sad to see all the Easter items, knowing Easter is cancelled. I hope we can get through this.”
