Dreadful customer service. Took legal papers for expedited delivery and when UPS failed to deliver on time, manager took zero responsibility and went out of his way to ensure the issue remained unresolved. Absolutely the worst. May not blame UPS as a whole, but for your own good, avoid this UPS Store.

So I’m just following up on my initial review from two days ago (smh).
I went back to the UPS Store in Grovetown - (Branch Road )today with two more packages to return- I guess I should have sent my husband in…When I walked in, Baldri was finishing up with a customer. There was another person behind me, and from the way Baldri looked at me, I honestly felt like he didn’t want to help me. I was about to let the person behind me go first, but I didn’t need to—because Baldri walked away to the back.
A young African American lady kindly volunteered to help me, but then Baldri called her to the back, and she never returned. Then Xavier offered to help me, and Baldri also called him to the back—he never returned either. So now I’m just standing there for about five minutes with my 6-year-old daughter, who finally asked, “Mom, is anyone working going to help you?”
A young man with curly hair asked if I was being helped, and I explained what was happening. Later, the young lady told me that they were told not to assist me—by Baldri. I asked if he could come speak to me as the customer, and she said he didn’t want to and that they couldn’t help me.
At this point, I was extremely frustrated. Today was the last day to return my packages, and it was around 2:15 p.m. (the store closes at 3). I asked if this was because I posted a review about my previous experience, and it was clear that it was.
If that’s the case, that’s just sad. Every customer has a right to share their experience—good or bad—without being refused service. For the record, there are cameras in the store. I didn’t use profanity or raise my voice. I even thanked Xavier and left peacefully during my last visit.
So apparently, if you leave an honest review, Baldri will ban you from the store. I guess there’s a first time for everything.
Thankfully, I found another UPS Store nearby (4451 Washington Road), which closes at 3:30 on Saturdays. Both ladies there were friendly, professional, and helpful. Excellent customer service—they’ve earned a new customer!
*When I was leaving the UPS store in Grovetown , I saw a UPS truck and drove towards the back only because I wanted to ask the driver what’s the best way to report this situation. The driver was in the store. So as I am leaving in my vehicle Baldri is looking at me from the inside of the store and it totally creeped me out!
I will be reporting this to UPS corporate. Baldri may be the owner/manager but he has to report to someone! It’s a shame it has to go this far just to receive decent customer service!

Tanisha Ingram was truly amazing. I’ve witnessed her be bothered by other co-workers/managers but her skill outshines all of theirs so it’s clear why they mess with her. She should run this store with her FAST and quick ability to help multiple customers at once when some of the other employees just sit back and watch as the line builds up she will pause helping a customer to acknowledge everybody that walks in. That’s truly amazing and as long as she’s at this location I will be a forever customer. If she leaves to another ups I would travel to it. She’s the definition of what UPS wants all of their customers to experience. I will contact corporate in regards to the other RUDE employees but this review is about the ups super star Tanisha. Also if corporate see’s this, if you can provide me an email to send in some recordings that I have from the store to showcase how multiple employees do nothing but sit on their phone, I recorded rude things being said in this store it’s truly a chaos when tanisha isn’t there.

I tried to ship a package today, and was not allowed to. This is not the first time this location has refused to ship my package. I’m assuming it’s the packaging and the size. Not sure what the issue is and or was. Where are the rules on shipping?? Post office it is from now on, or at least a different ups location.

Attempted to send a package a week ago, only for it to show up at my door step due to the individuals working at this location putting the wrong address on the label. In the package was a letter with the correct address that I made sure the employee could see, and that I assumed they used when making the label. I went back to the location today to inform them of this mistake, which they were happy to fix, but said that I had to pay a second time due to the fact that when I paid the first time I also agreed to whatever address they would end up putting on the label. I have had nothing but good interactions when UPS in the past, so I can only assume the issue is with the individuals at this specific location. I paid them $20 to send me my own package. $40 total to fix their mistake. To anyone looking to use this location for anything other than returns, I would recommend the standard postal service (USPS). They seem to be less likely to try and scam you out of your money compared to the personnel here. If you do end up having to use this location, they fully expect you to quality control them in order to make sure they send out packages correctly, as they did with me in my attempt to fix their mistake.

Went to the store location today to go drop off an Amazon package as a return black gentleman and a tan T-shirt with a fade would not accept my package even though it was the shipping label given to me at the website worst staff in the area would not recommend there's a reason that y'all stock prices are going down mind you I have previous experience working for UPS LLC Chestnut this particular location if somebody is working or about to go to work nobody wants to be talking to random individuals there is a reason that this area is known for this type of discrimination especially since they're well known for losing packages destroying packages and so forth
