“In March of last year I was in a really dangerous situation and needed to leave where I was, but had locked my keys in my car on accident. Not only were you guys the only tow company that responded, as soon as the driver called me I told him what was going on and that I wasn’t safe. He offered to call 911 and meet the police there (I didn’t want to call the police in fear that the situation would escalate) so he stayed on the phone with me until he got to my vehicle and then allowed me to sit in his truck out of the rain until he got my car unlocked. I still think about him often, and honestly he went well out of his way. You don’t see that too much these days. You guys definitely have the quality and customer service down very well. I can’t remember the drivers name, but I hope you’ll show this to him, and tell him I said thank you again. I think if it weren’t for him I’m not sure if I would have made it home to my kids that night.”
