The management seems to not have a clue when it comes to training and explaining service to new customers and old customers where are some great staff members that work at this location but it's up in the air when it comes to who is in charge of the circus when corporate has no idea what's going on when sales reps have basically no understanding what's going on but I will say there are some competent staff members at this location Verizon as a service provider has gone down the drain

Drove across town because Google hours stated you were open until 9 on Fridays. Really needed this screen protector but womp womp I guess.

DO NOT USE VISIBLE BY VERIZON. The worse coverage and if you prepay you CANNOT GET A REFUND! I did not realize that you had to use the 15 day trial to determine network coverage and once you activate - ZERO refunds. I paid for a whole year of the plus service which is useless because the service is atrocious. Buyer beware and learn from my mistake.

Davon was really diligent and followed through on difficult situation for me on my business account. The situation was worked on by several others but Davon stuck to it and resolved it to the highest satisfaction possible. I highly recommend him.

This is my second purchase from this store in a month. Mad respect for the customer service this store provides. Was in there yesterday June 14, 2024 after another bad experience at a different Verizon, the gentleman who helped us yesterday evening was very helpful. Listen to what we were looking for and offered us a couple options before we made a purchase. This will definitely be my go to Verizon store.

Once again, Excellent and friendly staff. My iphone 13ProMax just stopped working. After taking it to the Apple store I was prompted with two options, pay to get it fixed ($500 plus) or take it back to Verizon to see about trading in. Shout out to Mark Anthony who not only saved me about half the cost of repairs on an old phone but also helped me in setting up my new device with all of my apps and contact information which would have been a nightmare if I had to do it by myself. Highly satisfied consumer. :)

I am BEYOND upset. I came in last month to be added to another person’s plan and was persuaded (TRICKED) into thinking I was getting a great deal. I should have recognized the red flag when the salesman told me that I could get $1000 off a new iPhone by just trading in my old one. The salesman FAILED to mention that this offer only qualifies if you sign up for their most expensive plan until I asked. He persuaded me to continue with the plan, because he knew from a previous conversation that I was going to soon be traveling out of the country for an entire month, and the plan would give me unlimited international phone, text and data. Imagine my surprise when 2 weeks into my trip, I get a message saying all of my international high speed data has been used up for the billing cycle and I have to pay 10 DOLLARS MORE for every extra 2GB of data. Guess what - map applications barely work without “high speed data” so I have no other choice but to continue paying those extra $10 if I don’t want to be STRANDED. AND ALONE. SCREW YOU GUYS. I’m normally a kindhearted person, but I do not tolerate lies by omission or tricky wording. I will NEVER get over this!

Rasheem, Mark, Melissa, and Spencer helped me through an uncomfortable and irritating situation regarding replacing my phone. They were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars sacrificing their time away from other potential paying customers to help me get a phone replaced under warranty and were on the phone(specifically Rasheem) with tech support for literally three hours fighting to assist me. Can’t say enough about their integrity and customer care! Can’t say the same for their location at the mall however and I’ll leave it at that.
