Walgreens is a typical location for prescriptions, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The pharmacy hours are listed. The staff is often described as fantastic, nice, assertive, helpful, kind, and courteous. They are helpful with questions and fixing problems like insurance issues. Prescriptions can be ready in a few hours. Many customers plan to return for shopping, prescriptions, and flu shots. The store is consistently very tidy and clean. However, it can get very busy, especially after 11:30 am, around 4 pm, and on weekends. During these prime times, the staff can seem swamped and short-staffed, leading to long lines at the pharmacy counter and drive-through. The area traffic also gets bad between 4:30 and 7 pm. A recurring issue is that the phones are often down, which is very annoying for customers trying to call about medications or refills. Despite the busy periods and phone problems, it remains a liked pharmacy for many.
The first time the pharmacy actually answers the phone instead of constantly putting me back on hold I'll change this rating

The pharmacy is the worst. It takes 20mins to get the pharmacy to pick up the phone, workers do not even take the initiative to help find other locations where prescription can be filled, and if that is not enough, drive thru prescriptions take 20-30 mins. Absolute horrific experience every time I go there to fill a prescription.

My experiences at this location has deteriorated over time. I spent 4 days going back and forth attempting to get reimbursed for billing errors made by the store. I'm simply switching to a different pharmacy. The level of unprofessionalism, and lack of knowledge regarding insurance verification and benefits is mind-blowing.
