Russ runs a top notch business. The rates are more than fair and the service is unmatched. They take pride and care in every aspect. The place is clean, safe, well maintained and has plenty of lighting. It’s rare today to find someone who excels at customer service.

Got a storage unit here online in roughly the amount of time it took me to fill out the information. One part had me call the location to clarify and the gentleman was straight to the point and very helpful. Everything can basically be done online. Recommended to have a round luck and there is plenty of space for trailers if you have to turn around. I appreciate the professionalism cleanliness and articulation on all matter is needed and requested as a customer. For as long as I live in guyton I would never consider another storage spot.

Very convenient, cost-effective, clean and secure units. The gentleman that I worked with was extremely polite and accommodating and appreciative of my patronage to the business definitely means a lot to me, especially as a small business owner myself would recommend this business to anyone moving to the Guyton Rankin Springfield area. You won’t be disappointed.

I have rented out there for 10 years or more . They raised the price to double of what I was paying. I grab most of my thing . Knowing I had to end of May . Was planning to grab a few things I had left . The new owner said ,they find my thing in a pile outside of unit . Decided to put back in my unit. Then clean it out n rent it out to someone. Don't think about calling me . Knowing I had to the end of the month . That why 1 star !

Directly next to water source all the contents were damp. One way in, with a vehicle blocking the path way. No way to maneuver around. No lights.
