I called Reiser and Reiser this morning to inquire about getting my personal taxes done. A lady named Patty answered the phone and I proceeded to ask her if their firm does taxes, I told her they would be fairly simple, I'm retired, receive social security, a monthly retirement check, but have no property or stocks. She immediately said "No". There was no explanation, just "No". Confused, I said, so you can't do my taxes, again she said "No" and then she said goodby. If Patty was a good representative of her company, she should have said, "I'm sorry, we're already very busy with tax season right now" or "we're not taking new customers right now" or "we don't do personal taxes" or "sorry, we can't help you at this time". What I learned today was that Reiser and Reiser does not want new customers.

We changed from a very large, overpriced downtown Savannah accounting firm to Reiser & Reiser a few years ago and haven't looked back. First time I've ever felt like my accountant had by back and genuinely cared about my success and at a reasonable rate to boot. Love these folks!
