I hired this company to come out and clear junk from my entire backyard. My mother is 80 years old and allowed junk to accumulate over time. When I met Matthew, I liked him right away. He assessed the work needing to be done and email me an estimate of $910 for an entire backyard clean up. I accepted the estimate and scheduled the job to begin on Wednesday, May 4th. As promised, two men showed up for the job at 12:00 pm. I wad stunned when I saw them arriving in a rental moving truck. However, I did not want to be judgmental. They began removing the junk from the yard. About 1:00 pm, they took the first load to the landfill. Around 1:30 pm, Matthew text to let me know that they were taking a lunch break. They returned back to the resident around 2:30 pm. They picked up the second loan of junk to take it to the landfill by 3:30 pm because the Waste Management Landfill closes at 4:00 pm. So, I was okay with that. However, I thought they would return the next day to finish the job. Instead, I received an updated invoice where they edited it to not reflect the full backyard cleanup, but the $910 cost remained the same. I was mislead by this company, and I trusted that they will do what they had promise. I kept a video of the work they left to show that I did not get what I paid for. On May 16th, it cost me another $1000 to get the work done. I hired a random company I saw from a sign off the road. That random company with two men, made my dream come true. Regarding Quality Moving Services, only hire them for small jobs where your items can fit in a moving truck rental.

I would highly recommend Quality Moving Solutions. Matthew and Justin were professions and helped calm nerves. They evaluated what another moving service did to my possessions and worked hard to correct any errors the other company made. They stayed later than expected and helped unload a truck for us as well. I was impressed with their knowledge of the business and their friendly nature. Matthew and crew of Quality Moving Solutions were top notch. Moving is stressful for anyone and they significantly lightened the load. These gentleman came ready to work, were extremely professional, and treated each item moved as if it were their own. As a military spouse I have had many experiences with moving companies from state to state and abroad. Quality Moving Solutions has raised the bar and set a new standard. They were not the least expensive company and by far not the most expensive. They were in fact the best “Quality Moving Solution”. (They did price match for me, so ask!) I would highly recommend Quality Moving Solutions for a local or long distance move!

Matt and his team were professional throughout the move. Matt contacted me as soon as the move was scheduled to review the details and what extra services were needed. The guys brought blankets and dolly’s so that I would not have to worry about getting those. I highly recommend Quality Moving Solutions!
