The manager Tara was rude with me. I tried to load money on a card and it didn't work so I walked out to leave and then thought to try another card. As I walked back in the manager was talking about our interaction with multiple customers and continued to argue back with me after I went back in. All I know is at my place of business if I talked to a customer like that or about a customer there would be consequences. For a manager to be so okay with talking so freely about and to a customer just does not give a really good look for the business. I will not be returning to this business.

I go to this store all the time it is less than 10 minutes from my house, but yet I always seem to have a problem with things not being in the right place! I can understand if it’s just one item because somebody just probably sat it there, but if it’s a whole stack of items in the wrong place, that means an associate put the item in the wrong place which isn’t my fault! I should still get it for that price! This has happened to me three times and isn’t far! I’m just going not shop there as much anymore and take that drive!

The store is very nice, but the cashier- older man- is incredibly rude. He was talking to other people behind me in line while I checked out and then had no time to deal with the computer or me while I was checking out. He needs some etiquette lessons if he is going to work retail.

I stopped at another Dollar General today ….. I now appreciate your store even more. It is always clean and organized. The one on Roberson Mill Road I walked in and left without buying anything. It was dirty and unorganized. Many shelves empty. I’ll never stop there again. I appreciate you guys!
