“While the communication definitely needs work, I’m so glad we stuck it out and waited. Lou Gomez showed up today thinking we had a storm window needing to be replaced but it was just a single pane shop window. He said that was going to be easy. He popped it out took it to the shop and in about an hour we had it back and installed all for only $140! Someone else had quoted us $300!!! This is the kind of honest service we appreciate. Turns out Mr. Gomez was the one that replaced our windows years ago for the former owner of our house. I highly recommend them.”
