“These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. They went the extra mile for us, removed the spare and put our uncompomised tire back on,,,,,no charge!
I would highly recommend this shop. If we lived closer they would have our business!”
“I just had the BEST experience at Ben’s. I was having major battery issues. I came to Ben’s on my lunch break. I was greeted at the door with a smile and immediate service. They tested everything and confirmed it was indeed a battery problem and not an alternator issue. (Thank goodness!) Within 30 minutes, I had a brand new battery at a completely reasonable price. They were honest, kind, and efficient. Absolutely recommend Ben’s to anyone needing car service. 5 stars all the way!”

The mechanic, Lee, went above and beyond. He was extremely informative and took the time to not only explain what needed to be done to my vehicle but also showed me exactly what he was talking about. “Great shop with very friendly staff! A & M replaced my rear rotors and brake pads back in Oct 2025. It was a bit pricey purchasing parts through them but that’s a given if you don’t order your own parts. Aside from that, I was extremely satisfied with their service and quality parts. I recently needed the same done with my front rotors and pads so I reached out to A & M to schedule service. They got me in quick and everything went well with the repairs. Cost was less expense too because I brought my own parts. Both times I was provided amazing service and everyone’s always smiling and positive. Oh! Completely forgot they repaired one of my tires too. Overall amazing place with trustworthy people.”

“I got stuck in someone's yard at like 7pm after some big rain. I'm an Uber driver and I'm in a 2020 Toyota Camry. I was basically buried to the doorframes. Roadside sent Rick (I think his name was?). He was an older gentleman and it was cold and wet and muddy, but when I tell you this man had me out of that mud pit in about 30 minutes and HAD THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE about the situation. “What helpful folks. They kept trying parts which they had to order and unwrap until the find the right one for my RV. The young lady was super helpful. She even looked up some blogs online to see what other were doing about the issue I was having. The price was reasonable and everything was handled quickly. I would return any time I needed service done. She also made sure the receipt was worded correctly and explained that protects the service records in case there's a recall or a warranty claim.”
