“This was ny first visit to a Walmart Neighborhood Market, and certainly won't be my last! Because of recent health issues I'm having serious mobility problems. This was the perfect size store. It was also very clean. And uncluttered. The employees were very nice, polite, and helpful. The meat and produce departments had a nice selection and everything looked very fresh. I will definitely be making this store a regular stop for groceries!”

All of Chancey's employees are top tier. Period. Today I had two exchanges and each one was superior customer service. First was Hannah. Hannah always consistently has stellar counter service. Today she was kind enough to explain some nuances of my prescription. It was extensive, but she wanted it done right. Then Savannah helped me with my other issue. She was empathetic, compassionate, engaged, and wanting to do what needed to be done to problem solve. These two ladies are gems and should be protected.
Are you looking for a new pharmacy? Look no further than Chancy Drug on Ashley Street. I have always have always been gifted with top notch customer service, but Friday Oct 10th was upper tier.
My clinic was closing at noon, and dropped the ball on my prescription. I had just called it in around 9.30. I walk in at 9.49 and its still not there. I was assured that it was probably a slow system and they saw that it was submitted.
At 10.49 I am now not confident things are good. Step in Patrick and he proceeds to make me his sole focus. (for context my clinic shut walkins down at 11.30). I dont know how many nurses hang around my clinic at 11.30 either.
Patrick and I collaborate with phone calls, and we pushed my order through at 11.25. That my friends is why I am NOT leaving this pharmacy. <3”

“Everyone @ Lee and Pickles drug store goes above and beyond, the Head pharmacist Ally is always on top of everything and as well as the rest of the employees, they always have my pre packaged meds as well as all of my other med's always ready for me & a few X's bc I'm not allowed to drive & our vehicle broke down the actually brought my medicine out to me and when I go in or mainly thru the drive thru, there's not one employee there that doesn't know me or my spouse on a first name basis and if I could give them more than 5 stars ☀️ I would, they are a family pharmacy and go way above and beyond for there customers and they're very professional, polite and make you feel welcome and they always ask us about our family etc. If considering to change pharmacies in the Valdosta, Ga area plz consider the troupville store & as well as I've had the pleasure of using the Quitman store for yrs as well. “I absolutely love Chancys. These negative comments are ridiculous. No one is perfect, and I’m sure if they wouldn’t fill a prescription, there was a good reason. All pharmacies have to order prescriptions at one time or another.
Petty people get over yourself. I’ve never had a problem, and I’ve been there close to 15 years. Yes they have had to order my medication, I just go back the next day. They have helped me personally. The girls are wonderful. What other pharmacies deliver? They are the best all around.❤️”
