Not Shell diesel!!!!! Not obvious until you've started filling and you see the small sticker. Who knows where they get the stuff they're selling from.

Half the pumps would not take cards without going inside to pay. Bathrooms were disgusting.

They have a shower here and DEF at the pump. The grill has some good burgers and chicken. If your a picky person hen you may not like this place. It's old and kept up. But it's old. I been doing this Truckin thing over 35years and I am ok with old. The people are very friendly and nice to work with. The parking lot is big and paved and some dirt areas. but there is a lot of locals that have there trucks and trailers dropped here. So that leaves some not so desirable parking areas. Over all I say it's a good stop and the fuel is usually cheaper here.

I debated on leaving this review, but ultimately I felt it needed to be addressed. I stop by the Bigfoot Travel Center multiple days a week. The environment is usually cheerful and upbeat, as the employees are friendly and inviting. But there is one woman that works there, I believe her name is Lindy or Lindsey, she is always rude when she speaks to other employees and doesn't do much better when communicating with customers. She always giving nasty looks and honestly i never see her actually working. I've concluded through conversations and common sense that she must be a supervisor of some sort, but it seems the only thing she can manage is her face in her phone and being disrespectful to anyone that isn't benefiting her. Honestly I'm not sure how she is still employed there. Surely others have complained and brought this to "her boss's" attention? She was gone for a while and I thought maybe someone finally got smart and fired her, or maybe she quit, but no...another customer informed me that she's regularly gone for long periods. They weren't sure why. So to whoever needs to know or be made aware, the environment inside the store is lighter, happier and runs a lot smoother when she's gone. So whoever is over her, maybe start paying attention, talk to your other employees, open your eyes...she's costing y'all money and giving the store a bad rep.

This gas station and everyone inside was super helpful. My grandma was fresh out of the hospital and on the way home needed to use the restroom and everyone in the store was helping hold a door and make sure she got in safe even though it took us about 10 minutes to get it done.

Excellent customer service!Definitely coming back on our next visit to Georgia. An indian guy apparently the gas station owner also was very very nice, he even stopped by our table to ask how was the chicken and everything and gave us stickers.Thank you so much! Loved it here!We also ate in the Krispy Krunchy chicken inside the gas station and Ray gave us today on our 1st visit (march, 15, 2023) excellent customer service. Fresh delicious food. Chicken way better than KFC. 100% recommended!They just need to update their restrooms are very outdated.
