“I have been visiting Pine Mountain for over a month now & I’m so impressed with the care , love & how fast the only staff member that is always at the counter . She is a gem . You can tell her heart is genuine & she loves her job & the ppl that she helps . She is the kindest , sweetest , most helpful postal worker I’ve ever met . Thank You for making a visitor welcomed, but I truly believe she is that way to everyone.”

“I love the people at this post office which is why I give 5 stars. Sadly, the delivery drivers are what the bad reviews are mostly about. Our regular delivery person is wonderful. The substitute guy doesn’t like to bring packages to the door and does everything he can to try to make things fit into the mailbox.If we ever have a problem, the postmaster takes care of it right away.Our previous post office, if the mail person didn’t want to deliver it, it went back to the sender and there was no talking to the post master.”
