I agree Do Not rent from this place they're way more better storage places near by. In my opinion very unprofessional and dishonest. The staff lied on me and tried to get me arrested because they never had any tool to let me in a unit that I had no access to the key. Then when they told me I could access myself. I did using the code to enter the gate. Then they thought they could press charges on me. So yea the preacher and the wife lied. Another example why ion deal with church folk frfr.

Love this place, me and my mom came in to get a storage unit and the guy working there named Berry was super friendly and welcoming and was able to help us out entirely!

I was looking for a self storage in my area during a transitional period for my family. I was recommended to use Apex. I was greeted kindly and given all of the necessary information. The price for the unit I rented was fair in price and the customer service was great! I would definitely recommend this storage business. Thank you to Mr. Berry for everything!!

I have been using Apex Self Storage for quite a few years now off and on. I have nothing but great things to say about this business. The property is clean and well kept and most importantly management (Mr. and Mrs. Berry) has given me impeccable service! The communication is great and their attitudes towards customer service is top tier! 10 out of 10 Would recommend!!

One thing about it I love a good place with great customer service when I been going around looking for a great place with good pricing n great service I ran across this place the worker Mr berry Raheem was such great help he led me to the perfect size storage for my liking with pricing I can handle he was not rude and was patient with me

If I could put -0 stars I would!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE! Completely evil low down individuals! It’s a family owned business that is getting over on people! I came in and was lied to by the mother! She portrayed this nice/sweet image and showed me two different units gave me the prices and everything seemed fine! I told her I just wanted to reserve the unit right now because I wasn’t sure after the move if I would need a smaller or bigger unit and I would choose when I came back the following day! She ensured me that was fine and that HER SON would be there the next day to help me and he was sooo nice and it would be an easy fix if I wanted to change my reservation! I GET THERE THE NEXT DAY AND WHEN I SAY HER SON WAS THE NASTIEST, RUDEST, MOST PREJUDICE MAN IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! HE SAID IT WOULD BE EXTRA FEES FOR ME SWITCHING MY RESERVATION WHICH THE MOM NEVER SAID! SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A UNIT FOR $120 WHICH SHE SHOWED ME BUT THE SON SAID THATS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEYVE NEVER HAD UNITS THAT PRICE! MIND BLOWING! THEN WHEN I REMAINED FIRM ON WHAT I WAS TOLD I ASKED HIM TO CALL HIS MOTHER CAUSE I WAS SO CONFUSED BETWEEN MY INTERACTION BETWEEN HER AND HIM SO HE CALLED HER AND CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS WOMAN GOT ON THE PHONE LIED AND SAID I WAS THE ONE MIXED UP ON THE PRICES AND I EVEN WAS WHEN I WAS IN THERE WITH HER! THIS NEVER HAPPENED! HE HANGS UP AND STARTS ANTAGONIZING ME SAYING WE KNOW OUR PRICES AND YOU ARE WRONG WE ARE NEVER WRONG! MIND YOU IM PREGANT AND THIS MAN KEEPS GOING OFF SAYING ITS OBVIOUSLY YOU THATS THE PROBLEM! IM NOT EVEN SAYING NOTHING AND HE KEEPS POKING AND SAYING RUDE STUFF TO ME TO THE POINT I JUST WALK OUT! JUST AN EVIL SPIRIT! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND I HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW FINDS IT WAY TO EVERYBODY EVEN THINKING ABOUT STOPPING HERE! IM GLAD IT HAPPENED SO I WAS ABLE TO FIND A EVEN BETTER STORAGE AND I DIDNT PUT MY BELONGINGS IN THE HANDS OF LOW DOWN PREJUDICE INDIVIDUALS! NEVER AGAIN! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service!!

They have clean facilities and I had no problems with them being rude but I do have a problem with them “not being able” to pro-rate their fees and make you pay for a full month even if you don’t rent the unit for a full month. You have to pay a month in advance and are asked for a 5 day notice to vacate but it doesn’t matter because once you pay the full month, you can vacate the same day and they won’t give you a penny back because “they’re not setup like other places to do so”. ??♀️That’s the most selfish greediest form of legal robbery you can do to a customer. They can literally move another customer into the unit after you move out and they’ll be paid double for the unit but “aren’t setup” ??♀️ to offer their customers a pro-rated refund.I’ve had my unit for 7 months and never paid late or had any problems until “this” and “this” is a problem that makes me recommend future customers to go elsewhere or have them agree in writing to a refund of your overpayment BEFORE agreeing to renting the unit.During what is one of the toughest financial times for most people, SHAME on you APEX... SHAME on you!
