I have had to go into auto parts stores since I started driving and I have got to say that I honestly believe that this is the absolute worst auto parts store I have ever went to I could not even believe that no even 1 single employee would even walk outside with me to my car and see if I had the right name for a hose I needed and then they told me that I needed to go to a mechanic shop and get a mechanic to tell me if the name I had was aactually had the right name

Robin was soo helpful and patient with me. It was clear I had no idea what I was coming to get and he really took his time to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated not feeling like I was holding up other customers (which I was) and being educated on the parts I needed based on what my vehicle was doing. He even went outside and peaked at my rotors and let me know they didn't need to be changed.

Customer service is a negative ZERO HERE!! The lady was more willing to give attitude than service. If a customer is seeking assistance, it IS for a reason!! Stop talking to regular customers while others wait. ANSWER the question professionally and not with a NEXT ATTITUDE!!!!!! GO HOME IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!! PERIOD!!

Was there a few weeks ago. Have them check my battery bc it keeps dying, had to jump started every other day.
Lady there told me nothing wrong with it. And to just put it back in the vehicle. To let mechanic check my car bc it wa something else. With a nasty and rude attitude. Didn't even want to talk to me anymore when I said that was not the case. Anyway went to a different location had my battery exchange right away. After that no issues. By the way she told me all I wanted is to get a new battery from them. I'll give them 0 stars but can't. Will never go back to that place

Went to Autozone for a pair of windsheild wipers for my truck. Robin assisted with my purchase and installed the wipers as well. He was professional and answered all my questions. Very plesased with my purchase!

This is the worst auto zone I have ever been to. This is not my first time having a problem at this location just like everyone else by the looks of it.
The fat lady with the Tattoo on her face, Jessica H to be exact has no customer service skills at all and was rude to each customer today as if we were not silly to be there. She better get it together before she try someone on the wrong day…also I will never come here again and will happily spend my money at better competition on the same street.
