I had called the store to get a estimate price on the deal for the iphone 13 the rep was extremely rude and was not helpful at all , i called the Cricket store and the rep there was extremely helpful and nice! i went in store to transfer my service i’m not sure if the hispanic girl is the only one working but she is TRULY amazing if you want amazing customer service i recommend to go to the cricket passing citgo gas station next to the shop smoke

They for sure like to take a sell and get as much money out of you. Or even if you get a good deal , that’s where it stops. The customer service after that is disappointing. I can tell you they don’t bother to help you resolve an issue or look into the account to help. Then they get upset if you try to transfer companies after already not helping you . If you ask to get your account and transfer pin , they just give you a paper and say call. They don’t bother to help unless they are told by a superior or the other companies. Really just bad customer service. The short light skinned girl also has a bad attitude like she doesn’t want to be there. The gentleman is more nice and helpful. So if I see him in store I go in but if the girl is there I just turn back around and leave.

I went in there twice and I promise I will never go back again. I was treated like a peasant. It was a short Hispanic lady both times. I asked her a few questions about what I saw online and she snapped. I would have opened my service in store, but I didn't feel comfortable doing so with how the employee was behaving. I came back the next day after ordering online, because customer service told me I could purchase the SIM card in store if I couldn't wait for the SIM card to arrive and again the same lady was nasty with me. I have worked 13 years in retail and I'm not sensitive to bad attitudes, but hers really made me upset. I literally just had a question or 2. Not 20 questions, but two and no one else was in the store. I don't see how I could be bothering her. I pray someone talks to her about her behavior and the cameras have voice recording because all they have to do is listen. She has a real problem.

There was a young African American gentleman with glasses, I hate I don't remember his name. He is WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO FEEL LIKE, he acknowledged everyone that walked in the store and assisted superbly. Job well done KING!
