I went to purchase my phone on friday Ms.Annette was EXTREMELY helpful , knowledgeable and had AMAZING customer service, She helped me transfer all my data over ,explain the perks of all the plans and made sure i left that store every satisfied Ms.Annette deserves a raise!! we need more people like Ms.Annette will definitely go back and add more lines !

Very bad customer service, this guy gave us the hardest time while we were trying to add a 4th line to my account. He said he only have one of each phone to see, I don't think he wanted to serve people of different race. He should be removed from that store

Went to this store for the first time to add a line and Michelle was the one to help very friendly and professional but this store needs more help the young man that was there helping just walked out not sure what was going on it was when the store first open She definitely needs more help but she did a great job with what she had to work with Thanks Michelle for your great customer service

Second time stopping by here and there is a note on the door saying out to lunch will be back at 4:45pm its 55 mins later and still no one here since 4:15 how does these places do business?
