I’m a regular customer at this Dollar Tree location and typically enjoy my visits despite the store often being cluttered with boxes in the aisles. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Diana.
While shopping in the party aisle—where no signage or barriers indicated it was closed—I was informed by an employee that it was blocked off. I explained that there were no clear indicators, only boxes, which is a common occurrence during my visits. Bare shelves, boxes everywhere.
Unfortunately, Diana interjected in a very unprofessional and confrontational manner. Another employee even had to step in and remind her not to speak to a customer that way and not to escalate the situation further. Despite this, Diana continued to be argumentative.
Even after I moved to another aisle, I overheard her speaking negatively about me on the phone. When I calmly mentioned that I could hear her, she became more upset, raised her voice, and ultimately stormed out of the store.
This behavior was completely uncalled for and reflects a serious lack of basic customer service skills. Other customers were saying she needs anger management. I hope management addresses this issue so other loyal customers aren’t subjected to a similar experience.

This Dollar Tree is RIDICULOUS! It’s always an empty mess, lines are ALWAYS super long but there’s always more staff here than any other location I’ve ever been in. Don’t know how it makes any profit.

This location needs special attention. It looked as though a strong wind blew in and mixed things up. The floor had merchandise scatteted about. It was trashy! There were those uphostered halloween pumpkins on the shelf in the $5 section. Carts of unopened boxes were in the ailes waiting to be stocked. It was off-putting so I left.

Same story ...long lines, 1 cahier. Manager with an attitude. Cashier was sweet and working hard.

It is disgusting how I just watched an employee cuss out a grown woman. All she did was ask her to PLEASE DOUBLE BAG. The manager did nothing at all!!

As I sit here and read reviews I'm not understanding why this store is getting such bad reviews, because this is the best Dollar tree that I've been to in my area! Every time that I've been to this location the staff has always been polite,warm and willing to help. When I visited other Dollar trees in my area riverdale, jonesboro, Forest park, Fayetteville those stores are always so junky and dirty and the staff look at you like you stink or owe them money or something .
