Please do not purchase a warranty with your brand-new game controller (PS5). If you ever have a problem and need to return it( within your warranty time frame), it will be replaced by a used controller. Then the controller I received didn't even work so I had to go back to get another one. It has been such a headache. So please beware!!!

Like night and day between the today and the last time I came here. Last time, about 2 months ago for FF7Rebirth. Clerk from another store, delightful, knowledgeable, helpful. Today I went in For SMT Vengeance and upon asking for it I immediately get scolded for not pre-ordering. "You're lucky we had one left. You should have pre-ordered."
Like seriously? You either have it or you don't. I can go to another store. Damn game just came out TODAY. You just opened the store 30 minutes LATE! I know they give y'all a few extra copies to sell. Wth?

Pre-ordered a game from that specific GameStop and did not receive the pre-rewards that was supposed to be given despite ordering it early from there.

Went to this store to purchase a PS5 today and was told I could not purchase it unless I also purchased the 1yr warranty for 70$ even though I made it clear I did not want the warranty. I ended up saying nevermind and calling corporate where they confirmed for me that it is not true. Sad I couldn't buy a ps5.

Do not purchase ANYTHING from Gamestop online or through the app. We spent over $300 on a birthday present for my son, including $12.99 for same day delivery. They used Uber to do my delivery and my order was delivered to the wrong address, and when you call Gamestop they tell you ohhh sorry, it will take 7 to 10 business days to investigate this issue. It took us less than an hour to contact Uber and find out the driver delivered to the wrong address, and the address they accidentally delivered it to as well. Gamestop still says 7 to 10 days, they all but refuse to let you speak to a supervisor and literally lie to you through the whole call. All they have to do is let me pick up my items in a local store then they can take all the time they want to get the issue between them and Uber resolved.

This store is nice clean and organized, The employees are rude as they can be. yesterday I wanted to buy a new controller and ask if I could see it. The employee treated me like if I was going to do something. I asked a few questions in reference to games and the guy was mad because I was asking questions. I guess this company don't care about clients.

I live by the store, and they are never open when their business hours say they are. If you're going to open late and close early, you could at least change the information on your front sign, let alone your web page.

If I could give a half a star I could. I ordered a Nintendo switch for pick up which since they have it in stock should've been done in 1 hour to 2 hours tops especially if it's just one item and a game which they have IN STOCK, but no hours go by so I decided to go see what's going on and sure enough there's just two guys one throwing boxes in the back and the other just standing around, I ask what's going on with my order and they just say it's not ready, I ask is there an issue with stock and they tell me no, so what's the issue, then I get told to my face while the store is empty with two people working that they will do my order tomorrow, the kicker is that I ordered this yesterday and even today they have no desire of fulfilling the order even as I am standing in the store. So what I can say is after you guys fulfil my order I will no longer be shopping here unless you make some changes in employment and even then the way it's ran just shows me that I will have nothing but bad experiences.

I'm am currently at this location with my son attempting to buy NBA 2k22 as promised due to great grades in school, after I was referred to this store by another. And they are closed during business hours. The time is currently 12:45 pm on a Saturday. I have called to no answer and also called the store I physically went into that told this store was open and had it! Not only have I wasted time and gas but to have no one answer the phone is obsurd! Very unprofessional! At least state that you all are closed ! The only shop in the entire plaza closed !!!
