I went in the Metro by T-Mobile location on Tara Boulevard in the Lovejoy, Georgia location. I was greeted with a smile and hello by Mailene and Esmeralda. Emeralda assisted me and did an Awesome job providing me with quality service. Thank you ladies!!

Went in to purchase an upgrade. As I browsed I observed the two young ladies working very nice, pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, and able to answer my questions. People came in made their payments and left they helped another customer initiate a line. I'm pretty sure I'll return for future business.?Only thing I suggest is that they Windex/sanitize the glass entry and those phones? appearance is everything. ?

I have been a customer for over 7 years. I went in to get my upgrade. I was there for over 4 hours and no upgrade. End result I went to Best Buy to buy a phone. I paid the previous bill, the next bill and was still denied an upgrade. It's not the store it's the company. The manager tried numerous ways without any luckAfter being a customer for 7 plus years, I was not treated fairly. I advise you to go, run to another company, one who will respect your needs and money.

I gave 3 stars only because the manager is working to resolve this issue. Bought new phones and activated new lines last week. One phone was defective, they swapped it out for a brand new phone. The second phone is more defective than the first. The lady working there tried to send me to another location, to pay for a refurbished phone. No. After Metro Customer Service confirmed I should be receiving a brand new phone and brand new sim card, the store employee was not allowing me to relay what they were saying to her manager (over speaker phone.) I guess she was upset about working by herself in an empty store. She complained about that to the manager while she was cutting me off. The manager finally agreed to swap it out with a new phone and sim (which will be sent to this location, as it is where I bought it.) But I won't accept the replacement if it is reburbished (to be fair, I asked the manager if it would be brand new and he said yes.) We'll see how this goes....**So...they gave me a refurbished phone and said it was new. Even pointed out it had the protective plastic on it. Five minutes after getting home and looking through the phone, it was obvious the phone was a refurbished device. The manufacturer sent me a brand new device, at no cost since it's clear this metro dealer is dishonest. And the sim card that was supposed to be replaced...they told me (with an eye roll and some attitude) I could have it for $10 dollars and some change. AVOID this dealer...**

I had visited about 3 metro stores before I came to this location since most phones were out of stock in other stores. When I entered the Hampton location, the store had a small line of people since there was one girl in the store at the time, Ana. It was okay since i was looking at some phones first. Once I got to the front , my first question was if they had phones in stock and luckily there were more options than the other locations. I ended up buying two phones for a good price and Ana helped me recover contacts and some photos from an old phone . Excellent customer service.
