“I needed to print book markers for my mom's memorial service. I didn't have a lot of luck creating my project online with my phone. Hector was very kind and helped me get the front and back of the bookmark together so I would have them for my mom's memorial service the next day. He did a great job and had attention to detail, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!”

“This store beats customer service when compared to the one on Hwy 81. Never did they ever asked me to call the NY UPS store. They knew exactly what to do. Been going to this location since I moved here 3 yrs ago. The store on Hwy 81 was closer. I always say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it nor change it. Words I need to live by. My bad. “First of all the gate guard was very friendly. He had a trucker headset on, so possibly a former driver. I came to drop my load and pick up an empty. The facility is very organized. The lot is designed to flow in one direction to the left. Wouldn't mind coming here again”
