IF I COULD RATE ZERO I WOULD Hi to whoever is reading this DON’T MOVE IN I’ve been in my apartment since March 1st we’ve had nothing but problems here we are sick of it we’ve been nothing but lied to by Desiree
And the other lady up there we pay almost $700 for an electric bill which isn’t normal at all we’ve been going through this back and forth we’ve had to go to my sister in laws house and my moms house for a whole week after my newborn was born because it was reaching 91 in our apartment and yet nothing was happening no one apologized no one offered to put us in a different unit when obviously ours was messed up my baby can’t be in this heat it’s so messed up we pay so much to live here and we’re paying almost half of our rent in electric bills when we don’t even turn on any lights getting told that this is normal but it’s not and on top of that to even transfer to another apartment it’s $500-$600 fee even though it’s not our fault it’s happening this is something wrong with the unit and this apartment we thought this place was awesome but we are just hurt. To make it even worse they won’t do anything about it they just want us to move out so they don’t have to deal with us .lazy management that only cares about money !!!

After having a horrifying in experience in my apartment search.I came back to Lakeside Villas to look again because they had availability and I like the apartment itself but what I love the most was Charity and Ty the are the absolute best they make a great team. That was a big plus.Then when I saw my apartment I was very pleased they were very accommodating. I love my new place.

If you want to spend the summer without A/C welcome to Lakeside villa, if you want spend the winter without heater welcome to Lakeside villa, if you want bad experiences with apartments you are so welcome to Lakeside villa. Since December I have moved to lakeside villa, I requested service to fix the A/C. They DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. When I went in person to ask them to transfer me to another apartment, one of the staffs management told me that I have to redo the same process to get transfer and a $1000 fee for the transfer. I have a bad experience with them.

When I tell you I love these people and this place I do! They were the best property manager and staff I have ever had living in ga and I have lived everywhere from Lawrenceville to Augusta and they were hands down the best. Maintenance team was on point, the level of above and beyond they would go for their tenants if they could is a testament to how well they love their jobs. They really were meant to do this because they are genuinely good people. My buddy Dre left a review as well and took a picture so I followed suit and made them hop in one with me because you should know the faces of these amazing people. They treat you like family and that’s what counts. I stayed from 2024-2025. Never been happier. Any comments complaining about anything is just upset about things outside of their control. They stay on top of everything. Kids are safe here, no pest, and it’s quiet. Great location. If you needed a real review not ChatGPT negative reviews from competitors her ya go fam. Jessica, and Clarice are the best! Love y’all and may God bless you on your journeys!

I’ve lived at Lakeside villa for a little over a year and I’d have to say as a first time renter I had an amazing experience. Clarice in the office was wonderful her and her team alway made me feel like a priority. Anytime I had any problems she would always do what she could to make sure I’d get my problems fixed that same day or the day following. Her and her team always made feel that even though I moved in by myself and always had close friends in the office. The fun and laughter I share with her and her team will always be a memory I’d never forget during my time at lakeside villa.

Cj was very professional, informative and friendly. I'll definitely remember this tour, and a great tour guide is the most if not MOST important factor when deciding where to call home. I did a tour with CJ she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and she ensured that she showed me everything Lakeside Villas had to offer. The entire staff at Lakeside Villas were very nice.
